Perfect for Kids

I love these egg shakers and they are what I use with the kids at school. These are nearly seamless (you really have to look for it) so the kids don't get distracted by trying to pull them apart. I use these with special needs kids, and they have been abused, but none of them have ever broken or "lost their insides" like a lot of my other shaker type instruments.

This egg is awesome. A friend of mine gave me one as a toy of sorts, but I use it frequently playing the drum set - sometimes the egg in one hand, stick in the other, or holding the egg AND stick in one hand and stick in the other. The latter proves exceptionally fruitful when jamming around with hot rods on all the drums and other percussion (cowbell, tamb., etc). when people can't see me they think i'm an octopus or something! the sound of the egg is not too loud or soft, just right. amazing.
