Spend more

These speakers sound great for their size and price. But, if you're playing games or listening to a lot of CD's, you may want to spend more on larger speakers with more bass response.

Good, but not great.

I brought these speakers a few weeks ago at Amazon, and they're okay, but not great. The sound is a little weak if you ask me, but I guess you get what you pay for. I really didn't want one of those insane combinations that come with two or more speakers and a subwoofer, so I brought this combo. Like I said, it's okay, but it's nothing great about them really. There okay if you just want some decorative speakers for your desktop or laptop, but don't expect anything great in the sound department.

Excellent speakers for laptop

I received these as a gift to go along with my laptop. I have a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS Notebook sound card, and when I plug these speakers in they sound really good. I've had altec Lansig and cyber acoustic laptop speakers and these are far superior. For the money they are probably the best 2-piece laptop speakers you are going to find.
