Love My Chi!

I love this flat iron. I have naturally curly hair and in the summer with the Georgia humidity, my hair will frizz. So I straighten my hair. I have no frizz and my hair is silky smooth!

I like this flat iron. A friend had this very one and I liked the fact that it has the felt on the outside so you can hold the iron as you lead it through your hair. I had gotten a Paul Mitchell iron and it got even hotter than the CHI. I could barely touch it and it made my hair have static. I had to take that one back. I haven't had any problems as yet and am enjoying my purchase!

I have very thick and wavy hair. I am able to straighten with ease. I had a WIGO straightener that cost more, but couldn't straighten enough. I wish I had the CHI from the beginning. The adjustable temperature is great too. It heats up very fast as well. Well worth the money, especially if you have a lot of hair like me!

i bought this item in early april. it's now mid-july and the thing just quit working. i went to turn it on the other day and it wouldn't heat up. so that's a lot of money to spend on something that worked for 3 and half months! the store wouldn't return it either since you can only return things within 30 days! don't waste your money!!

I have tried several brands of flat irons and this one is the best hands down. It heats up quickly and evenly and gets my hair as straight as my stylist does. I was hesitant on spending this much for a flat iron, but it is well worth the money.

Great product! I have naturally curly hair and this straightens it quickly. The only thing I would change is to add a heat setting dial so that I could turn down the heat for my bangs.

The Chi does an awesome job straighting your hair. This was a replacement though because I bought one at Christmas 2007 and it went out in May 2008. There was not a warranty because I had bought it online and not through a authorized dealer. Amazon was good enough to replace mine.
