Great weather device

I have 3 of these. They work great. Great value, only paid $22 dollars for mine. I wanted the inside and outside temp that is why I bought this model.

I purchased this alarm clock after a couple years with the 5442U model. It didn't last as long, the fact that you can't turn off the temp toggle was annoying, and setting it was much harder. I threw it out and bought the other one again. That what you get when you try to save a few bucks. The WT-5442U clock was much better.
Wish it was a little brighter.

Has lots of great features. The red display on the ceiling is great if the room is totally dark, but as it gets nearer to dawn, it is hard to see. I wish it had an adjustment to make it brighter. The outside temp feature is great as I plan what to wear for the day.

Projection Time and Temp 2008-05-05
I have used this product for years, and love it. I have two of them at home, keeping the outside sensor inside so I can see both the inside and outside temp on the ceiling at night. When I travel, I take the clock and sensor and set them both on the nighstand so I can see the temp in the room and make adjustments to the generally unreliable air conditioning/heating systems so I can be comfortable without guessing.

The clock had an initial problem locating the outdoor temperature sensor. That took several days for some reason, but once detected it worked fine. As with most of these clocks it is easily read in the dark, but once daylight arrives you need to actually look at the face. Having a humidity indicator was nice and the way it cycles between time and temperature on the ceiling is appreciated. Since I live on the east coast the fact that it automatically aligns with eastern time is good, but moving it to another time zone is simple.

The projector clock was exactly what I wanted - and more since it also shows the temperature. It was easy to set up and it functions well. We're very satisfied.

We were replacing a very good projection clock from Walgreens that hit the floor one too many times. What we got was a projection clock that keeps accurate time, with a good outdoor thermometer. But the main reason for our purchase was the projecting clock. It's too small against the ceiling and too faint as well. We'd send it back if it wasn't too late to do so.

Good, but not so good 2008-06-17
I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my husband. Mine works like clockwork, but my husband's does not. The alarm woke him up twice, then stopped working and we were not able to figure out what's wrong. Mine is good, though, and I love not having to strain to figure out what time it is.
