The item arrived in HORRIBLE condition. The box was all smashed up, even looked like it was chewed on and even the ink cartridge box itself looked the same way. I am very surprised the ink even worked! I don't know how it survived! The ink itself is great, becareful of who is shipping it to you though.

Good printer ink, always try to use factory ink and these are with a good price. I bought all the colors and paper at the same time all good price and free shipping. Save gas driving to local stores.

this ink performs well. if you don't want to take chances with the generics, go for this. Canon is still cheaper than some of the other name brand inkjets.

Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and speed of this printer. One huge complaint I have and this has been confirmed by others as well, is that the printer software will warn that the printer cartridge is out of ink, I take it out snap it back in (the same cartridge) and it will print another 200-300 pages and more.. I had this printer for 2 years now and has been confirmed by me several times. So, I think it's time for someone to start a class-action suit against Canon as this is an outright intentional fraud that's programmed into the printer and the software so the consumer buys ink from them when it's not even needed!
Poorly packaged for shipping

Received the ink cartridge packed in a bubble wrap envelope. The ink pack packaging was smashed flat. The cartridge could well have been damaged. This is the first time I've received one in this condition--they've always been better packed.
