Bike Helmet 2008-06-08
My first bicycle helmet, so I'm not sure what makes a great helmet. But, it's light weight, good fit, everything I was hoping for. Very happy

didn't fit 2008-05-26
The helmet's fine, but it's way too big. A more prominent fit guide would have helped avoid the wasted money.

Do I have to wear this? 2008-05-05
That is what I said when I was told that I should get a bike helmet when I decided that I wanted to get a bike. But I am so happy that I followed my friends advice and ordered it, it came to me quicker than my bike did, I put it on and the fit is great and I even fell off my bike and my head hit the ground and it was well protected. I happen to be in the store to get a bag for my bike and I saw a Bell helmet and it was way more expensive than what I paid from Amazon. Thanks for the savings.

Bell Radar Bike Helmet 2008-05-05
Great Helmet, fits and adjusts to different sizes nicely... visor is easily attached and removed, great value for a trusted brand that doesnt make you look too geeky

Not so attractive 2008-04-26
I know bike helmets aren't meant to be flattering, but the cheaper Bell helmets, like this one, tend to make one look like a mushroom-head. After much careful study and input from friends, it appears the the problem lies in the extra swath of visible grayish styrofoam along the hairline, giving the whlle thing a less-than-sleek look. That said, it keeps my head unsmushed, so I'll wear it anyway.

You get what you pay for 2008-04-16
This is a decent helmet, though a bit clunky and awkward. It also does not fit as comfortably as a better helmet does. It's not uncomfortable, just not as good.

You'd be better of shopping around for a better helmet left over from a previous model year at a discounted price. You'll pay a little bit more and get a helmet that feels much better on your head.

Worth every penny 2008-03-22
For the price this helmet was well worth it. It fits nicely and is lightweight. I have a large head and it was easy to adjust properly. Its just a good basic safetly helmet and i also like the design.

Average helmet 2008-01-25
I bought this helmet and a Kent USA Aero helmet ,and comparatively its not all that good. You can get the Kent for just $2-3 more. The fastening system on this one isnt what I would call original. The Kent has a snugger fit. Also there is very little extra padding(just a small piece for the forehead whereas Kent gives you the whole thing),but for $15 what more could you ask for.My wife says she's not going to wear it anyway .So i guess this is for those who buy a helmet just because the law binds you to wear one!!!

Helmet doesn't adjust properly! 2007-12-19
Although this item is indicated to a range of sizes (and I picked a size with a similar range to my current bike helmet), this helmet just could not adjust to fit properly. There is no "band" around the head to adjust fit. So, although one could adjust the neckstrap to make the helmet more snug-seeming, it will never fit around your head properly (unless your head is the EXACT size).

With the fit of this helmet, frankly it isn't safe! This helmet I'm promptly returning.
