This is the first scale I feel that I can actually trust. I step on and I trust that it is actually measuring my weight and body fat. It is accurate to my doctor's scale by about .5 lb! Learning how your body reacts to hydration and such is really important. I have learned that despite my 8 glasses of water I drink religiously, I am always a bit low on hydration. I upped it to 10/day and now I am properly hydrated.
I highly recommend this scale.
