Forget the premise of this show. Just watch it. This has one of the best cast ever. The writing is hilarious. Seinfeld is supposed to be the comedy of the 90's. I like Seinfeld but it does not compare to 3rd Rock. Not even close.

If your looking for a comedy that you can watch over and over, 3rd Rock is for you. If you have seen this show you will be all too familar with the antics of the 4 main characters. For those of you unlucky enough to have not seen it, join the ride of 4 aliens in human form as they bumble their way through everyday situations in order to study the human race. Laugh from start to finish, this show is a must!

Season 2 is one of Third Rock from the Sun's very best seasons! The comedy, cast and complete craziness merely continues! I purchased the entire set (6 seasons). You won't regret it.

A little over-the-top at times perhaps but excellent entertainment just the same. Who'd've thought that John Lithgow, a gifted dramatic actor, was also a comedic genius? The rest of the cast was great too. Terrific sitcom.
