Pretty good

This product is very good for the cheap price. It holds my 275 pounds up without a problem and its pretty comfortable. the reason I gave it 4 stars is because the front pad should have some kind of adjustment if I was a little taller I think I would hit my head on the floor.

I have had a lot of back problems since becoming a nurse. I am familiar with this type of back exercise from going to gyms before I was a nurse. I received this piece of equipment super-fast after ordering and I've found that if I do only 1 set of 12 reps of the low back extensions, I have no back pain for the rest of the day. This makes me very happy :) I'm 5'7" and weigh 160 and my husband is 5'10" and weighs 190 and we've had no problems with the quality, design or stability of this device.

It's very helpful for me. I run and do situps on another bench, and use this bench to tighten up my back and help out my stomach. Never thought it could be sold to customers. Only to gyms and health clubs.

Just got mine. Was easy to assemble and easy to use. I'm only 5'7" and I have no problems getting in and out. Good to work your back and abdomen. Once assemble, it feels strong and steady. Very nice for a home gym.

Very dissapointed

Came right away..holes misdrilled and structural piers dont line up..couldn't attatch one of the arms because of the mis-drilled holes..advise getting a chair from a reliable company..padding is good, for what it's worth..:(

Perfect Product

I was looking for a hyper extension bench that was built as well as the commercial ones in the gym. This is an amazing product for the cost. It works excellent and I am 6 ft tall. All of these people who say they are too tall for it are doing the exercise wrong. Lower the pads and have them at lower calf level. There is no way that you will hit the floor unless you are 7 1/2 feet tall. The directions could be a little more clear to put it together. My 11 yr old son was able to tell me that we had one of the peices backwards which is why the seat was coming out backwards. All in all, an excellent purchase.

A bit unstable...

Good quality, arrived on time, but the structure seems unstable and when I have all my weight on one end the other side lifts off the ground a bit; I have to place one of my 25lbs dumbbells on the opposite side to keep safe. Other than, it is a great work out equipment.

great deal and fast shipping. we purchased a few exercise machine and turned out garage into a home gym and love it. saved lots of money too> now i can work out on my own time and at my own pace.

this product has a little wobble in it. but not enough to affect what it was meant to do. i can still do the exercises without a problem. definitely still worth the money.

Very happy with this bench! I researched quite a bit when I was looking for this type of product. All of the reviews were very helpful in my decision. It is very sturdy-I am about 120 lbs., but I have friends that use this bench when they come over and they weigh closer to 200 lbs. A quality product for a great price!
