My stomach is my problem area eeing as that's where i gain my weight mostly. I wish that the belt was a bit broader and a bit longer. Apart from that it does make you sweat as for help with losing your tummy having noted that yet although to be honest i don't use it every day seeing as i only have one and iwash it after every use.

the quality of this is good, and it survives washes (don't put it in the dryer though). don't buy the larger size of this, because it will probably fit most anyone alright with room to spare.

What you pay for.

Purpose of the belt was to keep the lower back warm while exercising. It works, does not slip. I would have paid more for a more sturdy neopreme fabric, thus adding some support. As i said you get what you pay for.

I bought this belt a couple weeks ago. It works as stated. It has helped keep my muscles warm, and sweat out excess water. I love that the belt can be adjusted to fit my size ( I have a tiny waist)

I work and workout in Iraq 7 days a week and this thing is great to target the abs which is exactly what I want.

I bought this product for my husband, who could stand to loose a few inches in the waist. He has to take pt tests and get measured every six months, so so far, its too soon to tell. He does seem to like this product and uses it every time he goes out running.

This product does work... It produces alot of sweat and does help you to loose inches where it counts....However I was one of the people that used it excessivly and experienced the prickly heat.. IT ITCHES LIKE CRAZY AND FEELS LIKE BUGS ARE BITING YOU .. Use with discretion

It sure is sweaty

I always felt like I didn't sweat enough in some of my workout classes, so I started wearing this belt and felt like I was getting more out of the class. But...the velcro can be really uncomfortable. When you wrap it around, there's a piece of the scratchy side that sticks up on the top or bottom, depending how you do it and rubs and rubs your skin. For some reason even when I tested it without putting it on my body, the end of the belt is wider then the middle. So I've had to make sure the excess is on the bottom, right over my panties so they can protect my skin.
