good all in one printer 2007-10-18
I bought this printer for my parents, who aren't computer savvy at all, but needed something so they could fax small pieces of paper (e.g. pharmacy receipts, etc) to their insurance company without them getting jammed in the printer workings. The only problem we had was that it wouldn't install automatically. I've never, ever had a problem with an HP installing, but this one wouldn't. We had to finally call out a local company (similar to Geek Squad) because I had to fly home and couldn't get it go after 3 hours of fighting with it and spending time researching the error on MS's web page (and I'm an old programmer). Turns out the problem was of course with Microsoft, not with HP. It cost us $200 to get the OS to cooperate with the printer. Anyway, they are very happy with it, the print cartridges aren't too outrageous and I think it's a great printer for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Printer Ink 2007-05-16
I bought genuine HP Vivera ink for new HP printer. It gives back in quality more than it costs.
