Logitech should be ashamed of their horrible customer support.

I bought this item, used it for awhile and it worked OK. When I went to change PCs it didn't work anymore. No manual or drivers on the Logitech website because the product has been discontinued. How could they not support a product that is still on the shelves? That's the last Logitech product I'll ever buy.
Stopped working in 2 weeks

The set up was easy, and the sound quality was decent. Then it just stopped working within 2 weeks. Went to the Logitech website, but was unable to find a trace that this product ever existed. It's one thing that every product have a life cycle, it's another to deny the very existence of a product. You can tell the difference if you look at Logitech's website. What a shame.

Great till it quit working

Logitech's Wireless Music System was easy to set up (granted you've used your USB port on your computer before, and plugged inputs into the back of your receiver/stereo before).
Bought it for my parents, because my mom is always frustrated with the interference she gets with her favorite classical radio stations.
Their PC, running XP, had no hesitation accepting the little device, I just plugged it in and after a restart, it was broadcasting their computer's sounds. The receiver device was easy as well.
Took me a moment to coordinate the volume control on the computer with the volume control on the Logitech receiver and the volume control on their stereo -- so there wouldn't be a dramatic volume change switching from the Logitech input to others.
Mom was thrilled.
Then it just quit. The little USB device just didn't power up. No issue with the computer.
Drag.
Buy something that perhaps costs more but sold by a company with a better reliability track record than Logitech.

I have had this device for several months now. Has worked flawlessly. I See others had trouble with 2.4ghz phones and microwaves, but I have all these things also no interference at all.

Review of Logitech Music System for PC

Excellent music streaming performance from my PC in bedroom to the home theatre in living room. The sound quality is very clear without any noise or static. I am really enjoying great music from iTune Internet radio stations, and similar stream music and songs through large high quality speakers of the music system.
Don't Waste Your Money

The Logitech wireless music bridge sounded great for a month before it quit working. I used the troubleshooting guide to try and restart it, but that did not help. The Logitech website does not list this bridge anymore, so you'll get no assistence from the manufacturer. I can no longer send it back to Amazon, so I've lost the money for it. Just one more reason not to buy a no-name item made in China.
This thing is GREAT

This little baby does exactly what is says it will. I got it last Thursday, hooked it up (without reading the instructions) and away she went. It even has a remote control that allows you to skip ahead or back on your playlist and control the volume. After I set it up, I read the instructions. Mine is right next to my wireless phone and wireless router, and there are no issues. I even ran the microwave to see if there would be interference and there was none. The only knock (extremely minor) is that it appears that you cannot have your media player software open on the computer until after you have established the link between your computer and your stereo. I like to unplug my unused devices, so I have to make sure to open the software after they are plugged back in. Most people probably do not unplug their devices, so this probably will not be an issue with them. This was a great buy.
Logitech Wireless Music System Meets My Needs
2008-01-27
I wanted to be able to play internet radio stations on my stereo speakers in two areas of my home. Once I figured out what it's limitations are, I became satisfied with the Logitech Wireless Music System. I purchased two units, one for the living room speakers and one for my bedroom stereo speakers. The system can only play one set of speakers at a time. It also does not have a bass/treble adjustment, and the unit seems to broadcast with a heavy bass, so I have to turn the bass all the way down on my stereo. Using it requires an adjustment of my computer's sound system to the Logitech. It's not possible to use my computer speakers while the Logitech is playing over my stereo speakers, which means that all of the "sounds" associated with computing go out over the stereo speakers. All these limitations aside, this unit meets my needs, and it is the only device I've seen on the market that will allow me to play internet radio to my stereo using wireless technology. I just have to remember that I have to manually switch the Logitech on and off, depending on which speakers I want to use. If someone knows of a system with fewer limitations, I'd love to know about it.
