These weights are exactly as described. They will fit a variety of leg sizes and are perhaps the most comfortable leg weights I have owned to date. I use them daily, usually for an extended period and I am very impressed with how durable they are.

The product is robust (I thought it might be kind of wimpy coming from Danskin vs. say a product called Everlast). The velcro fasteners work very good and the Danskin material is soft to the skin. I like my purchase.

These are quite comfortable to wear and having adjustable weight is a plus. They are a bit on the large size but if using them in the manner instructed by in the instructions it really isn't a bother. Besides wearing shoes keeps them where they belong.

When I use all the weights in this, it fits well on my ankle. However, when I take some of the weights out, it fits poorly. I don't have a particularly small ankle so I was surprised that a danskin product would not at least try to accomodate a woman's ankle. It is a good product for me when I use all 10 lbs.It is made well and I trust it will last for many years to come.

I love these ankle weights. They're very comfortable; I can even wear them without socks. I have average size ankles and they fit me well. My only complaint is that I wish Danskin would make a similar version with more weight. After just a few weeks of using these, my leg lifts are starting to feel too easy. Each ankle weight is only 5 lbs (the pair is 10 lbs total). A 20-lb pair would be very useful.
Best ankle weights i ever owned so far... 2007-06-14
I used to have ankle weights thats would scratch the hell out of my ankles, but these Danskin's feel nice and soft. I use them for Kick boxing training, not running. I weigh 157 and they dont strap onto my foot VERY tight like I would like, so i wear shoes and thats solved. Like i said, i use these for serious kicking action.
