Great Sync Cable 2008-05-23
Sync and Charge with the same cable, small and compact when not in use.

Needed to sync at home and at the office, but consistently forgot to grab the cable that came with Palm T/X at home. Decided I needed an additional cable for the office, and a charger would help. While researching the desktop cradle system, came across this item. Decided this would be great to keep at the office, without taking up any more (limited) desktop space. Works great and easy to take when traveling. I leave mine connected to the laptop most of the time, just pull it out when I want to charge or sync.

Palm Tx miniSync Retracable Cable 2007-09-09
At first I was not impressed how the cables always got tangled. The product worked otherwise. But that was frustrating to say the least.

Well, thanks to great customer service from Boxwave I was told what I was doing wrong!! You have to pull both ends at the same time! Needless to say the suggestion worked.

Would do business with this Company again. I really liked how quickly BoxWave responded to my online review.

Most Convenient Palm Cord 2007-08-19
Its a sync cord. Its a power charging cord. I carry one in my backpack all the time. I misplaced it on one of my business trips and ordered a replacement. Never leave home without it.
