Not sure if it was the fountain or the choc.

I purchased the chocolate for the Sephra fountain. The fountain didnt work with it; it was way too thick. It worked better with my thinned out fondue I made from Hershey chips. The Sephra choc. was good. Nice for fondue. I ended up taking choc. out of the Sephra fountain - what it is specifically made for - and putting it in my regular fondue pot.
Perfect Fondue Chocolate

This is a perfect fondue chocolate! I have used it in a fountain. I have used it in a fondue pot and I love snacking on it too, just eat fast because it does melt quickly. I see that some one else reviewed this product with 1 star. They described exactly what happends when you do not heat the chocolate at 1/2 power in the microwave like the directions said. I accidently did not change it to half power and I got the same results. PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS.

This is the WORST Fondue chocolate that I ever bought! The instructions on the pack says to melt it in the microwave for 2 min intervals, but the chocolate refused to melt!! Instead it got even HARDER!!! I even added oil and this did Not help! I wasted hours trying to work out this chocolate.
This MILK chocolate is a Total rip off..I wont be using the rest of the 20 pounds that I bought! ps. The sephra dark chocolate is perfect, its this MILK chocolate that is a rip off!
