Light Beam Replacment Kit

This product was very easy to install, came with excellent instructions and took no time to replace. It was so easy that I ordered a second kit for my other garage door, even though it was working fine.
Garage Door Repair

The components were perfect drop-in replacements for existing parts. Repairs took less than 5 minutes.
Oversize, not a direct replacement

I have an existing Chamberlain garage door opener and I need to replace the IR sensors. Unfortunately, these chamberlain sensors required the bracket to be modified for the installation to work. I also had to buy screws as the old screws would no longer work.
Installation was much harder then it should have been, but they work better then the originals ever did. Periodically the originals would intermittently trigger as if something was blocking the door and this you could not trust the door to close. This symptom has gone away with the new sensors.
If you are prepared to work extra hard on installation thes are great sensors. I think there is an alternate packaging of these with brackets, that may be a better way to go.
Worked as expected

Had to splice a wire to get the connection to work. The connectors supplied didn't fit correctly. However, after that it works great, and I haven't had a problem since. I thought they were a little overpriced, but you are kind of stuck, as you need them to get the garage to work.
