I bought these not knowing the most the dumbbells go up to is 20 lbs each.
That's hardly enough to use. I would buy the heavier set if you actually want to get something out of the workout.

The holding trays are essential so that one does not have weights rolling around the room. I can keep these dumbbells atop my bureau thanks to the tray. Having different weights adjustable on just one pair of dumbbells is perfect even if space is not limited.

These dumbbells rock.
The video that comes with them, like most of the exercise videos is a little cheezy but it explains pretty good how to do some good exercises with them.
Overall I love them. I think I might purchase the bigger set sometime in the future.

These dumbbells are great! I actually returned them to get the 52.5 LB set instead. Both are wonderfull and are well worth the money! The stand is next on my list as having these on the floor can get frustrating trying to move them.

Great space saver 2007-05-10
I bought these for my girlfriend and she really likes them. They save lots of room, and seem very sturdy. Sometimes they stick, and you need to pull hard to seperate the weights.
But overall, her arms look great.

Was over $100.00 cheaper here then all the stores I went to. Its a great deal if this is what you are looking for. I also bought the stand for it and saved money on that too.
