Plastic bags do not decompose and they're expensive. Our wooden plastic bag dryer is a great way to recycle plastic bags and save money. Simply wash bags with a bit of soap and warm water (if ziplock, we fill half way with water, seal and swish around) and rinse well. Hang over one of the dowels on the bag dryer to dry. If done at night, bags are dry in the morning. The center dowel is perfect to dry out wide mouthed water bottles, like Our Klean Kanteen or Tupperware beverage containers. Washes up to 8 bags and one container at a time. Made entirely of sustainably harvested wood, the base may be removed for portability and/or in order to hang the dryer from the metal eyelet located at the top of the center dowel. Quite an ingenious product. Roughly 14" tall Made in Canada

Works exceptionally well. Bags are dried completely within 12 hours maximum. I would recommend this to everyone!

Great Product

Have been using this product for over 10 years. My old one started cracking and I thought I better get a replacement. I usually use it to dry out my washed (and very well rinsed) freezer bags I use for bread and vegetables. Aids in recycling and economical. My only issue is that I do not know which would be worse - using more water by washing the bags or filling the landfills by throwing them away???

Otherwise product works very well. I use mineral spirits on it occasionally for maintenance

This is awesome, you can dry bottles and baggies on it, even rags! It's wonderful and you save a ton of money on bags when you reuse them, plus the benefits to the environment using less plastic...

Works so well! If I've got one or two larger bags, I can put them over multiple spokes, and air them out faster. It is also useful for bottles and parts. Just a great drying rack, overall! Thanks!

I guess I'm evolving into the 'Google-meister', 'cuz I didn't know what this item was until I searched 'wooden dowels gadget with eyelet'......
I got one in a Shoebox, at a Christmas White Elephant exchange, with no tag or description as to its utility.

their loss is my gain, as I do wash out bags for reuse. In my town, plastics have a lot of recyclability, w/exception of 'zipper' components...and those I can use when walking the dog. ;-)

funny how I needed a Description to make use of it; normally I can think 'out of Box' enough to come up w/uses by myself, but this one
