Two-person Jumbo Outdoor Hammock.

This hammock is truly an enjoyable item. It is attractive and does hold two people comfortably. My daughter even added a Golden Retriever to the mix! Appears to be very sturdy; however, we do take it down and store it in it's plastic case in rainy weather and/or when we are not planning to use it for a while.
Inexpensive and cheaply made

I would not recommend this item. The weave is very loose and does not offer much support. I plan to send mine back for a refund.

the hammock arrived in good condition, while it fit my hammock stand the hammock stretched too much for me to use it even after making some manual adjustments, was only able to use it once in my hammock stand even though the measurements were the same as my old one.

i was scared. too cheap, ya know? thinking that i would get what i paid for. WRONG! these cost almost nothing and they ARE JUST AS GOOD AS MY BOSS'S HE PAID $100.00 FOR!
seriously, get em. they are huge, durable, good looking, PERFECT hammocks. really, i was blown away. i was so sure they would suck and it not the case. just buy it. if you hate it, ill buy it from you.

too long, stretches out

Ordered this hammock along with an arc hammock stand. According to the measurements, it should have fit, but it has turned out to be too long. Also, it stretches out A LOT when you are in it. And there is no way two people can be in it without touching the ground. It might be okay between trees, but not with a stand. It does dry quickly.
Great deal, hammock isn't too bad either.

Overall this is a great deal if you're in the market for a hammock, but don't have much money to spend on one.
I didn't do much research when I bought this hammock because the price is impossible to beat, plus it's been reviewed rather well. Before talking about the hammock I must say that shipping was incredibly fast! We ordered on a Monday and received it that Thursday.
Okay now the Hammock.
First off, as a lot of reviewers have been saying - this thing is huge! I mean HUGE! This is the biggest hammock I've ever seen! This may be a problem for some (almost seems too big for a hammock stand, but I don't own one so I can't say for sure if it is or not), but I see it as a good thing. Both my wife and I fit very easily on this hammock. The rope material is pretty comfortable.
Although the rope is pretty comfortable, right out of the box some of the it looked a bit frayed. I can see needing to repair a few strands of rope in the future. It's nothing too terrible, but one strand of rope in particular does look a bit worn. We probably could have just sent the hammock back for a replacement, but we were so excited to have this up in our back yard that we elected not to do so.
The weave is rather loose and the rope does tend to stretch out quite a bit. When I first tried this hammock I was a bit disappointed. I'm a pretty big guy and I really sunk in, so much so that it was uncomfortable. My butt was sagging way down and my feet were way up high! Not a comfortable position for a guy that could stand to lose a few lbs. Just as I was fighting my way out of the hammock, ready to give up I made a discovery. It is actually much more comfortable if you lay in this hammock width-wise instead of length-wise. This thing is so wide that I could easily lay width-wise very comfortably - and I'm pretty tall (6'1) By doing this I was much more horizontal and the rope seemed much more comfortable in this position. I quickly ran in the house, grabbed a few cold ones and spent about an hour enjoying the evening.
Even with the few problems, I still believe this hammock deserves 4 stars. For being one of the cheapest hammocks I could find it's actually rather comfortable (just remember to try laying wide-wise).
Great For the Price! 2008-06-07
I ordered this hammock on Amazon one morning and it was delivered the very next day! I put mine up between 2 trees using the Pawley tree straps which I also love. I installed it by myself in about 10 minutes. This hammock is HUGE and very sturdy. Our family of three all fit comfortably on it and we just swing and enjoy the nice weather. I can't believe how nice it is for the price. It looks and feels MUCH more expensive than it was. Also it is very soft to the touch, yet well made. We do not have a problem with body parts or heads falling through gaps as one reviewer did, the knit seems just right. When our 9 year old was swinging high on it by herself her bottom did make a wider gap, but with your fingers you can easily readjust it. I also did not notice any chemical smells as one reviewer did. The plasic storage bag it came in smelled of plasic, but the hammock does not and I am sensative to smells. I would recommend it!
Too big 2008-06-02
This hammock is way too big. We loved the width but the length was too long and the weave is too big. During use, the weave will stretch out so much that a child's head can fit through easily.
