I love the simplicity of this speaker. 1 cord and you're ready to rock with your model 3. I'll mention that the speaker cord is 15 feet long, and in conjunction with the model 3 they create a dynamic, rich sound.
Great addition to the Model Three 2007-10-31
This speaker provides warm, rich, full sound for a reasonable price. While the Model Three may sound good by itself, adding this second speaker brings it to another level and will greatly increase your enjoyment of it. Originally I wasn't sold on the idea of a top-firing speaker, but aesthetically it has grown on me: the design is simple and classy, and the small form factor is perfect for a bedroom or office. Highly recommended.
Mystery box 2007-10-30
Couldn't decide which model to get, but ultimately I went with the top-firing unit. It just looks like a little box on my night table. A cigar humidor? Jewelery box? No, speaker. Sounds great and takes up almost no room. Recommended.

The Tivoli model 3 clock radio provides a beautifully rich sound in a very compact package. Adding this speaker, which matches the main unit perfectly, adds depth to that richness. The 15 foot connecting cord allows for flexibility of placement so that you can awaken (or fall asleep) surrounded by your favorite music. Brahms' lullaby never sounded so beautiful!

I added this speaker to my satallite radio. What great sound for a bedroom or office. I plan to get the subwoofer. I have a BEO system in the house, but you can't beat the sound for this price.
