I purchased this 4 months ago and it has been sparingly used (mostly standby) and it's dead. It won't recharge and there's nothing wrong with the charger or the phone.
Beware! 2008-09-22
I read some negative reviews on this type of purchase after I had already purchased this battery. Let me say I also found that these batteries although they appear new behave as if they aren't. Mine is only a few weeks old and is already loosing it's charge as fast as my 18 month old one. Probably worth the extra money to buy a new fresh one directly from the cell plan provider.

IT may be cheap , but the battery works great in my Razr V3. I was charging my old battery every other day. I charge maybe 2 times a week now. It is definately a great purchase.

I am very satisfied with the batteries that I purchased. They look identical to the original one in the phone. I assume they are OEM replacement. Cell phone service provider charges $39 for the same battery.

I got the battery home, put it in my cell phone charged it and it NEVER WORKED!!! It is a cheap piece of junk, do not be fooled by the low cost.

It's as 'good' as the original one that came with the phone, if one can say THAT's 'good'. Cos if it were so 'good' I probably wouldnt need to buy a back-up battery pack now, would I? Hmmmm... anyway, geat price.

Ordered two of these because the price warned me that at least one would not work. Ordered to replace my original battery which has a 10 minute talk time. Both batteries I've ordered here charged up fast and hold their charge quite well. I'm pleased with my buy because now I have 2x good batteries for like $9.
