This cable performs as advertised. The only problem is that the male audio plug required an adapter to get into my TV. It would be nice if the more common adapters were provided to avoid a shopping trip to Radio Shack.

Great idea combing video and audio. One end needs a longer audio cable because on some laptops the monitor input and audio jack are on opposite sides.

This is a good quality VGA cable with a great feature -- the included mini cable. We threaded it through the wall from our source to our HDTV, and the two-in-one setup made installation easy. It also makes the connection on each side simpler and neater. We just plug the mini connection into the headphone jack on the computer and into the mini connection on the TV, and it worked like a charm. Great setup.

This is the perfect cable for hooking a computer up to an LCD TV. I wanted to have my computer in the corner out of the way and needed a long cable to run. it includes an audio jack so you don't have to buy and run separate cables for audio and video.

This is the perfect cable for hooking your PC up to a monitor. With the 25' length I didn't have to worry about placement, merely found a spot and hooked up. The audio portion works great too, makes life easier having one cable to hook both up.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Works very well. I connect my laptop to my Samsung LCD TV with this cable. There is no visible loss of picture quality due to the length of the cable.
The only shortcoming on this product is the audio cable. It is too short. It is really annoying. When I connect the video to one side of my laptop, the audio cable is not lengthy enough to come to the audio out of the laptop. So, you will most likely need an audio extension cable. I had to buy a audio extension cable for another $6 on the local electronics store after getting this.

I bought this cable to connect my laptop to a new 52" LCD for things like sslide shows....works fine. One caveat...with one of my laptops, the audio plug did not reach the audio port on the PC ...a few inches short. It does reach on another laptop...with minimum slack. I'm a happy customer.

Bought this one on Amazon after looking at the reviews and visiting best buy etc. Had just got an LCD HD TV and wanted to hookup my laptop to it. Even best buy didn't have this option (usually they have what's required - its just expensive).
The audio jack makes it really convinient to connect the audio output to the TV and the VGA cable part of it works well. No complaints.
A note of caution: the cable's a lot thicker than it appears in the photos (to me at least), so plan accordinly. Also get yourself a slightly longer version instead of a shorter one as the extra lengh definitely comes in handy if you want the laptop closer and want to see the screen from a distance.
