Incredible upside down chair

I researched this product last year, as I have scoliosis and pain in my back. Lately I had a lot of back pain and found out that some discs in my lower back were protruding out of their normal place. I got this chair, because I don't want to have any surgery. Every day I hang in it. I've even talked on the telephone while hanging upside down. It is very secure and well-built. I hope that I can relieve my back pain over time. Their website makes those kinds of claims. It costs a lot of money, but it seems to be a quality product
Teeter Inversion able 2008-05-05
I have had so many surgerys on my back, I can hardly remember when the last time I've been without pain. Just the other night, I was unable to sleep because of a throbbing in my lower back, so I got up from bed and went on the inversion table for only about three minutes. After I did, I slept like a baby the rest of the night.

You can call me "Batman", except this Batman is not some old guy recieving residual checks every time that old show airs. No, this Batman is in his prime, and has an awesome, crime-fighting back. Have been using this product for a month now, and couln't be happier.
Great machine that has multiple uses! 2008-04-30
I purchased this machine hoping I could get my back into better shape. After being in multiplce car accidents (rear ends) whiplash always got the best of me and chiropractors and therapy would last until the well ran dry. Having 2 children 2 & 4 I am constantly lifting them and my back can not take this abuse!! After a couple of weeks on this machine I have noticed a few things, this is a great machine to stretch out everything from your legs to back & arms. My waist is shrinking (my weight is the same) but I noticed the weight is being distributed differently. My chest does not feel like gravity is taking over anymore and the best part is I feel like I get a better night sleep after being on the machine right before bed! Highly recommended!!
Exceeded expectations 2008-04-27
Many other very good reviews have already been posted. I will simply second those sentiments. I have used the table for a few weeks now and I have worked up all the way to full vertical (it is recommended that new users take it slowly, and begin on lower inversion settings, working their way up). Hanging fully upside down the first few times is a bit disorienting, but you quickly get used to it.
The table is solid - very well built with precision hinges for tilting, easy to lock in your feet securely.
My whole family - kids and wife - are enjoying it.
My only problem, if you can call it that, is pressure on my instep when hanging. I can usually fix this by tying my shoe so the knots are at the side. I don't know if the gravity boots will help eliminate that pressure, but was interested in hearing from others who use them with this table.
We are able to leave the unit set up in our basement. However, I have tried folding it up to put it away for company if they have kids who will be playing near the equipment. If you are thinking of storing this between uses, be aware that it is heavy and a bit cumbersome when it is folded up. But given the nature of this equipment and the purpose for which it was designed, the only solution to making it more friendly for portability would undermine the quality of the product.
Feel it work and enjoy 2008-07-13
Bought the Hang Up more as preventive than medicanal. Had to build up to complete inversion. Hanhg there for a few minutes and feel your back 'expand'. Side benefit is additional blood circulation to brain if you can get past that cloudy feeling. You'll feel great with a few minutes a day. I RECOMMEND IT. Ejnoy it.

Teeter Hang Ups Worth every penny 2008-06-22
I had a tremendously positive experience with this product. First off, the product itself is well built, not flimsy at all. You will not be disappointed there.
Assembly is easy, and should not take you 15 to 30 minutes. I did not even need to look at the DVD to put it together.
Now, on to results! I had a back problem I was treating for 4 months with physical therapy, drugs like Celebrex, and other things my doctors had me trying. The problem was not even close to resolved, and I had a vacation coming up in 3 weeks. Out of desperation, I decided to give the Teeter a try. 24 hours and 2 inversion sessions on the Teeter later, my back pain was gone. Gone! It's been a month now, and the pain has never come back. I made it through my vacation with flying colors, and survived a week without the Teeter fine, proving to me that it was helping me heal. I use the Teeter almost every day. I had a car accident 14 years ago, and I have had back issues ever since. The Teeter now has my back feeling the way it did before the accident. I have resumed activities (basketball, volleyball) I gave up years ago. Obviously Inversion Therapy is an effective way to treat some back problems like mine, and the Teeter has proven itself to me in dramatic fashion.

I have just started using this product. It was easy to set up and is very sturdy. The instructions are good and I've found using it to be very easy. I suspect if it can help my back condition, it will take a while.

Do not get scared when this puppy flips you all the way down cos its really secure and is no lightweight cos the parts are made from excellent quality and also i trully trust my life to this product and also on my back extension and Rehab!
