The drawer components are a High Density Fiberboard (MDF) and slide smoothly on nylon glides with built-in safety stops. Drawers can be easily removed for cleaning or moving. Does the job

You get what you pay for. It isn't the best material but it does the job and looks good in a small room which is what I have. I needed a dresser for my clothes until I can buy a complete bedroom set. It was easy to put together and it arrived earlier then what it stated. Which was good for me!

Cheaply made! Horrible

I bought this for our new son thinking I was getting a great deal, boy was I wrong. First of all the drawers are tiny and it stands as tall as my daughters 4 drawer dresser. The knobs are all plastic and so are the gliders. The drawers also do not have wheels so it does not "glide" as stated at all. There is also only a half back and the whole thing is very unstable. I am very dissatisfied and would suggest noone else buy this product!!!

I love this dresser, but it was listed at $89 when it was purchased for Me. It looks great and it was easy to put together. I do believe this is some kind of presed wood not real solid wood-- but I'm VERY happy with this item.

I am shocked they are now trying to sell it for $305-very misleading because that price, along with the title implies that it is real oak and its not. I'd be pissed if I paid $305 for it and then realized it wasn't solid wood. For $89 its great, for $305 its NOT. Don't pay more than $139 or so, and you'll be happy with it. I bet the woman who left a one star review paid too much and therefore expected something of higher-quality.
