Nice, basic case with a touch of class. Way too expensive.

It holds the Nano kind of like a wallet holds a dollar bill - snug and secure. Also, it's a very thin case. It's actually almost the exact same thickness as the Nano. But you have to take the Nano out in order to do anything with it. There's no mini-window to access the Nano's controls, and no way to sync or charge the unit unless it's completely removed. Plus, you have to insert the Nano upside down in order to access the headphone jack.
On the plus side, it's built very well with a nice, soft felt interior. Obviously the Chinese took great care in putting this thing together. Probably to help with Apple's $99 price tag. Amazon's got it for $59. Best Buy has it for $39. For that, it's probably worth it.
