The picture/product changed!

The model I purchased was much different than the one currently pictured! Mine has elevating leg rests, removable desk arms, and came with a cane. The one pictured as of this writing has swing away legrests and fixed armrests.
It's almost identical to this product:
Deluxe Adult Lightweight E&J Wheelchair With Elevating Legrests - Free Shipping!
Overall, I'm satisfied with the product I have. I can't comment on the one currently being sold, but it seems like a pretty standard chair.
Things to be aware of:
-if you want smaller front wheels you will have to replace the entire bearing (metal part around it), which I'm confused by, lol.
-it is best used indoors, unless you change to better tires (usually cheap).
-You can't find the brand of it anywhere, but I think it's similar to Everest and Jenning's.
-It's HEAVY, but that's a given considering it's not lightweight.
However:
-it shipped and arrived VERY quickly, despite being heavy!
-the leather seat is a plus, very nice.
-the back wheels could easily be upgraded to lighter, spoked wheels for around $200, as the frame is very sturdy.
Bottom line: It's a fine wheelchair, and if you're mostly concerned with a frame it seems sturdy. However, if you're looking for cheap/best value for your dollar, you might check ebay.
OK, but no bargain

Recently I purchased a Medline rolling walker from Amazon and was amazed at the quality of the merchandise and the value represented by its price. This week I needed to purchase a wheelchair and I mistook "MedMobile" for "Medline", the largest supplier of wheelchairs to hospitals. The vendor is listed as "Good Deal Hunting" but as you check out of Amazon the vendor changes to "Prestige International Trading". That should have been a clue. When we received the item it had been shipped from "A-Wholesale" in Miami Gardens, FL and had been imported from China.
I probably got my money's worth but this wheelchair is no bargain. It is more crudely made than the Medline product. I do not know how reliable it will be over the long run. If someone were going to live in the wheelchair, I would suggest you invest in a better product.
Haven't actually seen in myself

Needed a wheelchair ASAP for elderly grandparents. Needed to be light and easy to use. Grandpa says it's just that. Grandma says it's attractive. Most importantly, I paid $75 for urgent shipping, it made it there in 5 days (I think it was promised in 3-5 business days). Not sure whether it would have taken the same amount of time w/out the extra delivery fee, but pleased all the same.
