HP All-In-One 2008-06-23
I had an older HP all in one (4315) and it lasted about a 18 months so I decided to upgrade and spend a little more with this all in one. So far it has been great, I would highly recommend it!!!!

Big disappointment! 2008-06-20
HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier (Q8061A#ABA)

Swore by HP printers for years. Never had a problem until I bought this Officejet 6310 two years ago. It worked for six months and now won't do anything but flash "reset power."

Called HP product support and e-mailed several times. They are clueless as to what is causing the problem and how to fix it. Can't understand that since Googling "Officejet 6310" uncovers scores of customers with the same problem.

Also had an HP Photosmart 8000 die after six months. That's the last HP printer I'll buy.

OUTSTANDING BUY 2008-06-05
RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE AS PROMISED. GOOD PRODUCT. ONLY PROBLEM IS INK CARTRIDGES ARE MUCH TOO SMALL. THIS MAKES IT VERY EXPENSIVE TO USE IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF PRINTING. OTHERWISE, IT DOES A GOOD JOB.

This is a nice product for a the home or small office use. The network capability puts it over the top. Installation is very simple with the software bundle, but I am no fan of software bundles.

Durable All-in-One, Worth It Despite the Ink Cost 2008-05-13
We have had our HP 6310 now for 18 months and it has scanned close to 1000 pages, copied hundreds, faxed a couple hundred, and printed perhaps 3000 pages, i.e., 5-7 reams, and is still plugging along just fine. The ink is expensive, perhaps costing us $50 every three months or so. The colors come out fine, and we also print out photos on special paper occasionslly, which come out looking good. Overall, the versatility and durability, so far, of this unit, has made it a really worthwhile purchase.

Incredible Value! 2008-07-18
I love this printer. I am not a whiz with computers, but this was so easy to set up and start using. For the price, the quality is amazing. The size is perfect for home. Considering all it does, it is very compact. The only thing I would change is the printer output tray. It could be a little sturdier.

Completely Satisfied 2008-07-12
Ive had my AIO for a month now and I am completely satisfied. Set up was very easy and its worked well. As yet I have not used the document feeder but everything else has worked well and I have not used up the ink yet.
One curious thing, using the copier function produced very dark copies. I called HP tech support and the advice, strange as it sounds was, to plug the device directly to the wall and not to a surge protector. That made all the difference. On fast/economical settings it can spit out copies at amazing speeds. Ive been very pleased, and also perplexed about some of the negative reviews. This is a great printer etc.

HP 6310 2008-07-02
I do not recommend the 6310. I've had it about a year and now the "Reset Power" consistently flashes. HP has no answer for it. This is my last HP printer. They owe it to their customers to come up with a fix or replace the unit.

Solid machine with easy set-up 2008-07-02
For $150 you can't beat this printer. It's network-able which is a huge help. Setup was a breeze and the quality is great. I've tried everything but receiving a fax and it's all been smooth.

I did hit one snag while installing the printer on my work laptop (I know, why bother, I shouldn't be working while I'm home - but I do)because of the firewall settings. After temporarily disabling them to install the device it works fine and I can print with everything running as normal - just for installation.

Love this All-In-One 2008-06-23
I bought a similar version of this product (5310)for the office I worked in and I liked it so much I wanted one at home. I need the scanner and fax feature the most, although the copier I'm sure will come in handy from time to time. It's very fast, scans are clear, and I can have color or B/W scans. I can choose where to store the scanned files on my PC, which is great. I use the desktop feature for the HP, so I can easily access the unit. I can even access my sim card from my Digital Camera, which is great. I really like HP products as a whole, they are reliable, and built well.
