What's the brand name?

This description is confusing. The photo and description seem very similar to the well-known Medline Rollator, but it seems that this "Medstock" might be a knockoff. Anybody know for sure? I don't want to risk compromised quality for a mere 20 bucks...

Good product---well priced; lower than many others I found online that were very similar. I feel the tax and the shipping and handling were a bit high but, once again, the product is good.
