No noticeable improvements...

I ordered hydroxycut just to lose the last 5 or so pounds I can't seem to get rid of. Because I'm not that big to start with and many other reviews say to start gradually, I was only taking 1 pill twice a day. I did this for a couple of weeks and saw no weightloss (I do eat well and exercise 5 days a week, too). I tried taking two pills at once, and I felt nauseous (spelling?) and light headed. An EMT friend of mine took my pulse and said not only was it elevated, it was also irregular--NOT GOOD. When I stopped taking hydroxycut (even just the 2 pills a day vs. the recommended 6), I had severe headaches for about three days before I got back to normal. I wouldn't really recommend this product.
Side note: it does suppress appetite a bit, but only because it makes you feel like you are going to throw up all the time. Who wants to eat when they feel like that?

Ok, my story isn't anything incredibly unique or out of the ordinary, but I had to share anyway!
Throughout high school I was in tip-top shape. Six years ago I went to college and, well, my body changed for the worse.
Last summer, I stumbled upon Hydroxcut Hardcore and gave it a try. I got results IMMEDIATELY. And by immediately, my stomach was flatter within 24 hours! I combined the supplement with a 15-minute-a-day workout and results were even better! (duh, right?). I lost 15 pounds in about 3 weeks.
Unfortunately, I stopped taking Hydroxycut last August, and well, the unwanted weight gain came right back. I've been in the worst shape of my life these last 10 months.
About one week ago, I knew I had to get back on the horse. It's summer again and I knew I had to kick myself in the butt and get in shape.
It's been exactly one week since I started using Hydroxycut Hardcore again and I've lost 10 pounds! I absolutely cannot believe how effective Hydroxycut Hardcore is.
I'll be perfectly honest: I'm a huge skeptic when it comes to weight-loss programs or supplements. Like most of you, I see the Hydroxycut advertisement on Tv and think "This is so fake!" That is why when I first bought a bottle of this last year, I had to really, really talk myself into it.
I take the recommended dosage and I work out 20 mins a day -- 10 for cardio and 10 lifting weights.
I don't want to sound like a spokesperson, but Hydroxycut Hardcore is absolutely effective. I have no means for comparison, because I had never taken a weight-loss product before, but I'll never use anything else for as long as I want to lose weight and stay in shape!!
Oh boy, I'm starting to sound like Richard Simmons...
While Hydroxycut Hardcore is working like a charm for me, my wife-to-be hasn't had hardly as much luck. I guess it depends on a lot of things and it may not be right for everyone.
The side effects do exist. I have more energy and restlessness than ever before. However, I am more focused and driven than ever before, too!
Sorry this review is so long. But I want the world to know that Hydroxycut Hardcore really WORKS!!

Works fine! You still need to exercise and drink alot of water. It doesn't perform miracles if you don't exercise...
A Pill that will do damage to your body.

I was one of this individuals who wanted to lose weight fast and easily. I tried dieting, but I gave up to easily, so I figured I would go to GNC and see what they had. The employee suckered me into Hydroxycut hardcore, and my Girl friend bought it for me. The first week my body was getting use to it, but I kept noticing I had to keep going to the bathroom. Afterward, I was working out, and I started noticing how this pill works excellent with a good work out. I was starting to show more muscle much quicker! However, this pill causes many problems: aggression, irriation, awkward bowel movement, and bad headaches if you don't eat as your supposed to eat. After a few months, I quit taking the pill because it was starting to make me feel weird. I then dieted, and I lost weight. This pill still may some of it in my body as to why I lost weight pretty quick, I don't know. I would recommend anyone not to take this pill. Really try to diet and excerise and lose weight. Sounds like a cliche right? Wrong! If you make a plan, you got to stick with it. Overall, this diet pill is not the right way to go.
Nedd to do a lot of exercising 2008-05-19
If you don't exercise, you won't see results. I lost some pounds many months ago just with exercising and eating healthy but now i'm speeding the weight loss with this item. I'm rating it 3 because you improve like 20% if you combine exercise and healthy food with this. But you have to understand, it's the hard way anyways.
A miracle for me 2008-07-23
I have dieted since I was a teenager. 20 + years. I maintained while on them, gained as soon as I gave up. In the past few years I gave up on hoping. Then I heard about this. I figured I had tried so many things, one more would not hurt. I was 385 lbs. I could barely move so exercise was out of the question. I got tired just walking acrossed the room.
Its been 18 weeks since I started this diet. I did cut way back on my calories. I have many times before. But this time it worked without me being hungry. The hydroycut helped with that like nothing I have tried before. I have energy when I take it too. I feel so giddy even. I call it my happy drug. I want to go places and do things instead of sit on the couch moaning about how I hurt.
At weeks into it I have lost 51 pounds. That is without any real exercise. I still live a very sedetary life. I just CAN move now. I can get off that couch without help! I can walk without pain! I have no trouble maintaining my 1600 calories a day diet now. In fact, I find it hard to get hungry enough to eat that much a lot of days.
I have not noticed headaches or bowel problems or any of that some mention here. I do once in awhile feel sick to my stomach. But I have discovered that happens when I eat things with butter or particularly fatty things after taking the hydroxycut. What this is done is taught me that I do not need so much butter on my popcorn. Which in turn stopped the sick feeling from happening.
I have dropped down from 385 to 334 pounds in 18 weeks! Thats this and diet. No exercise! Now that I am feeling better I can start that exercise. Imagine what my next 18 weeks could be like! I never dropped a single pound in my life. For that happy feeling alone this is a wonderful item.
I can however note that I got my father to try it to help with his diet. He got some chest pains from it. So decided it was not for him. I guess side effects must just very by the person. So its something to try. But may not be for everyone.

Good, if used properly.

I purchased this item to help me shed the remaining fat from my body and get myself to a healthy fighting shape. I am about halfway through the bottle right now and I'm down roughly 5 pounds, and look leaner than I ever have before. I do not take the maximum dosage, as that just seems excessive to me. 4 pills a day, rather than 6. It keeps my energy level up, and I seem to metabolize food a little better/faster. If you couple this product with an exercise routine consisting of both cardio and resistance training, you WILL see results faster than you thought.
While it does seem a little gimmicky at first sight, I can vouch for it, and would recommend it to those of you who can actually stick to a routine and not believe in some "miracle" pill. If you're taking it just because you think this product can end your woes of being overweight, think again. There's not a pill to cure laziness. This is merely a /supplement/, not an end all, be all!

I tried Hyrdroxycut Hardcore during my last cutting phase and it worked. I started taking it when I was at 5% body fat and I cut down to about 3% after a month of working out and taking the supplement six days a week. Most importantly, I was on an every day low carb, high fat and protein diet that I feel allowed the Hydroxycut to work its magic. I did chisel out more than I ever have before but I'm sure that the Hydroxycut wouldn't have worked so well without the diet. I wouldn't expect it to work unless you are exercising and dieting correctly. Also, I couldn't imagine taking it daily for over a month because after a month, my body and mind had grown quite weary of the stimulation. I started to not feel the "rush" any longer. I have tried other thermogenics and Hydroxycut definitely didn't provoke the euphoric feeling that I have experienced with some. It was more of a jittery sensation with heightened senses instead of the calm, relaxed and mellow euphoria that I have enjoyed in the past with other caffeine based products. At times, when I was too hopped up on Hydroxycut, I would feel faint or weak during a workout, which is always disappointing. One aspect that some of you could enjoy is that this product drastically decreased my appetite. I could literally start to feel hungry, take a couple pills and suppress the urge for a few hours. So in conclusion, Hydroxycut works. It boosts energy, suppresses appetite, and allows you to burn more calories. However, you need exercise and a good diet plan for it to truly work. Also, be careful of the dosage and quit taking it when your body gets use to it. As with any diet - drink a ton of water, although I don't need to tell you that because your body will.
Pretty Disapointed

For all the positive things said about this product, it was a very huge let down. Before taking hydroxycut hardcore I usually went lifting for about a hour 3 days a week and would do sit ups/push ups every morning. After taking it I started running two miles along with what I normally did. The sad fact was that this pill did nothing for me. Maybe it gave me energy, I'm not sure. I followed the pill instructions exactly, ate reasonably, did a decent amount of work (I feel at least), and didn't lose a pound or notice toning in 3 weeks of usage so I'd look elsewhere for a better fat burner.
Not for everyone 2008-06-16
I purchased this product for energy and fat burning. I had read a lot of good reviews that indicated few side effects with great results. The directions indicate that you are to take 3 pills twice daily. I do not like taking pills as it is so to take 6 a day is a pain. I started slowly as the directions state to work your way up to the recommended daily intake. I still experienced horrible nausea the entire time taking this product. I suffered through about 3 weeks and just could not take it any more.
