Utterly doesn't work

I wish I would've realized this thing was defective sooner so I could return it. It has been stuck on the exact same weight for 2 months... Don't buy this disaster.
Taylor 7323 Lithium Scale
2008-05-27
We have had this scale for five months. I thought we had finally found a bathroom scale that was accurate and consistent. I could get on and off time after time and the reading would be identical every time. Even if I tried it ten times or more the reading was always the same. I became suspicious because no bathroom scale can be this accurate.
One day I weighed myself before and after breakfast. The scale recorded the same weight both times. This could not be possible so I weighed myself holding a three pound weight. The three pound weight apparently erased the chip because when I weighed myself again the scale showed I had gained 1.4 pounds. I repeated this experiment many times with the same result.
I believe this electronic scale has a chip that remembers the previous reading. If the present reading is within two pounds of the previous reading it shows the previous reading. More than three pounds erases the chip. This causes the user to believe the scale is extremely accurate as other have reported.
We have no confidence in the scale and weigh ourselves with and without the extra weight to check. We are looking for a replacement scale.
Nice scale

Nice scale, I wish it were in white. At least I won't trip over it in my light colored bathroom!

I started a new diet and needed to monitor my progress, this is just what I needed, works great.
Great

This is the most accurate scale I have ever bought. Would highly recommend it to anyone
Garbage
2008-05-04
I weigh about 225lbs (Doctors office scale and gym scale agree) This scale is always about 7-15 lbs over my actual weight. That would be somewhat tolerable if it was consistent. This scale will fluctuate 5-8lbs from stepping off and stepping back on. Not to mention that it takes two step ons to get it to read anyway or else it gives you an error 0 (scale cant 0 weight) or error 1 (scale cant determine your weight). Complete garbage.
Good Scale

This scale is very accurate and I have not had any problems with it. Another good buy from Amazon!
Scale changed to kilos
2008-04-30
I bought this scale about 6 months ago, and it worked fine. Just the other day, I stepped on it and it was giving weight in Kilos (not pounds), even though I had not touched the switch that changes it from Kilos to pounds and vice-versa. I played with the switch a bit, and it still gave my weight in Kilos, so finally I gave in and removed the battery for a few minutes, thinking scale would reset to standard settings (like it would have to when you will have to replace battery) - after replacing the battery, I now get an error reading "Err0" when I step on the scale, and cannot figure out how to not get this error message (if anyone has had a similar problem and fixed it, I would appreciate knowing how to fix). Long story short, after 6 months I have a useless piece of plastic that tells me my weight is "Err0"
Updated - called company and you have to remove battery, step on scale for 15 secs (it resets), and then reinsert battery - scale seems to be working fine now...
Dissatisfield and disappointed

I was looking for a very accurate scale to upgrade from my old antique but this gadget was worse than the antique. It sticks on whatever weight you registered the last weighing, which sort of nullifies the purpose of scales. Try another model and another brand.
Taylor 7323 Lithium Scale
2008-04-12
We recently purchase the Taylor 7323 Lithium scale, and we are very pleased with it. We really like the large display, and the fact that it zero's itself after stepping off the scale. The scale is acurate and the slim look makes it appealing in any room. For the price, we could not be happier with our purchase. It is worth every penny.
