The vendor sent my order immediately and I especially liked the fact that there was no shipping charge, since I only wanted one item, the cost of which was less than what others would have charged for shipping. So even though the price was slightly higher than that charged by others, I ended up saving more than half what I would have spent. Oh, and the product was exactly what I wanted and works fine.

This product goes along with a video I have - the video class uses the theraband to aid in the exercises and it helps in the strengthening routines. I'm glad I bought it - it facilitates my workouts.
An awesome way to ease into better fitness 2008-09-22
I have a significant weight problem complicated by joint and foot problems that make weight-bearing exercise difficult. My doctor suggested building upper body muscle mass and tone, as well as my legs, with these bands and I have found it the most "do-able" form of exercise I've ever encountered.
When a close friend lost mobility due to a succession of knee surgeries, I bought her a set of different resistances so that she could build back up her muscle tone without putting damaging weight on her knees.

I misunderstood the posting. I thought it was instructions for theraband. I guess if the band was what I wanted, it works like it's supposed, so I'd be happy.
Always reliable 2008-09-16
I have used theraband ever since I learned about it from my physical therapy session after shoulder surgery. I use it to keep my shoulder strong but now I also use it for exercise of other body parts, such as biceps. Always safe and easy to carry.

This product is of good quality, but it is not as resistant as I like. If I ordered again I would probably order the next resistance.

Extra Heavy Thera Bands 2008-03-01
I love these bands. Most of the bands I've had were easily broken but the 2 I purchased are great. They are very firm, which is what I wanted,and I can make my workouts more challenging.

This band claimed to provide extra heavy resistance, but it was completely useless. It provided less resistance than the light bands I already own. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for real exercise.
