Good, but not Great

This game maintains the basic principle of the television series - the bending. Each character has many different types of bending abilities, and it's easy enough to understand. Every character gets a chance to play (if you want to get certain chests.)

Pro's:
Intricate, well thought out plot.
Numerous side quests.
Easy to learn movements and techniques.

Con's:
Bad character graphics.
Annoying background music.
Hard to figure out mini quests.

In summation, this game has a relatively high replay value, and is worth buying. Don't count on the characters looking exactly like they do on TV, though, and you also get a chance to play as Momo, but not Appa.

Great Game For Avatar Lovers

My 7 year old son save his money up for awhile just for this game. He really enjoys it. The first level was kinda boring to him,but that's just where they were teaching you the game. I will say this,it's not a game I would buy for kids who can't read,unless you want to be in the same room the whole time they are playing it. My son is a good reader for his age. Only a few times did I have to go in and read something for him. If this would have been last year,I would have hated the game! LOL But really,there's ALLOT of reading to this game.

Bought this game over the weekend for my son's 6 birthday. He played the game for all of 15 minutes and said it was boring and asked me to take it back to the store. I then began to fiddle around with the game and came to the same conclusion after about 5 minutes. It's slow, the dialogue is useless......blah!blah! not worth talking about anymore.'

Love Avatar, but.....

Avatar: The Last Airbender is the hot new game based on Nickelodeon's new hit show. Their quest is to save the world from the merciless Fire Nation, while avoiding capture from pursuers including Prince Zuko. I like the series, the animation is pretty cool on the show. But whoever put this together just didn't spend a lot of time on it. Everythings fuzzy, combat is slow and boring, and the dialouge has typos that are distracting. A rushed job, and not a good credit to the makers of ths show.

Avatar is the dumbest show ever. I rented the game to see how bad it was and it only took me 50 minuites to beat considering the fact it only had 23 levels that are super easy. Avatar is just another lame TV show from Nickeloden. Get a game like Sonic The Hedgehog, Halo 3, or Grand Theft Auto they rock!

Big Hit!

This game was a big hit with my sons. They love the show and loved the game just as much. Only a few weeks after Christmas they've finished the game because they wouldn't put it down. If you're a fan of the show you'll love the game!

My daughter loves this game. It is hard to get her to try other ones. Highly recommended for any Avatar fan.
