Works great! Simple to use and does it's job.

I purchased this adapter so that I could listen to podcasts and audible books around the house from my computer. I also wanted to be able to do the same with my IPAQ in the car. Charge it, plug it in, discover mode and you off. No downloads, no extra effort, just go.
It works fine, although around the house the range is limited by walls. Other than that this is another fine product from Jabra and I recommend to anyone that is looking for a portable BT adapter.
Any comments are welcome.
GOTTA HAVE IT

MAKE YOUR SELF HAPPY this little wonder is great for every one no more shorts in the headphones, no more turn it down I'm trying to sleep, or darn rewind the movie I didn't hear what they said. can work with any item that uses a headphone. Including the cordless phone that likes to hide.
Misleading sales pitch

This device is excellent, and would have got five stars if it had been labeled correctly. It is claimed to be AVRCP compliant, it is not totally true. This would enable it to pause/fast forward/rewind/skip forward/skip back using my Motorolla S805's. It sadly does not, only mutes. In my opinion it does not do as advertised, basically it is a A2DP transmitter.
The range is reasonable, and will not function when my garage door is closed and I am outside. It didn't come with the velcro to attach it to the MP3 either, not a big deal but more annoying than anything else.
I will search again for the AVRCP transmitter as I can control my MP3 on my car stereo as well as my headphones too.
Don't take this the wrong way, it is excellent and does a fine job, it is not totally honest as stated with its abilities.
Latency is the problem

I was hoping to use this product with my digital home recording studio. Unfortunately, the signal is delayed so real time monitoring is impossible. What is really aggrevating is the delay goes away when turning the adapter off. I realize that this is not designed for live recording, so it's my mistake. I just hope to give this information to anyone close to making the same mistake.
Worth the cost.

Not using it as much as I had hoped to, but it is a fine product with a fairly decent battery life. Had slight trouble first connecting it but after that it was a breeze.
Pretty good

Pros: price, stereo jack (not Ipod jack)
Cons: clothes can interfere regularly, delay (maybe inherent to Bluetooth)
Have used this for four months now. It is a nice size and does the job pretty admirably, especially for the price.
I use this with Kensington Bluetooth headphones, so it is possible that the reception issues are more to do with the headphones than the Jabra. But I suspect it is due to the Jabra, since reception issues come up when I put it in my pocket (if it hangs out of my pocket, no reception issues). Since we're talking a distance of at most 3 feet from pocket to headphones, that any interference exists is a little disappointing. There is a delay with this product, too, which might be due to the Bluetooth protocol. Not bad when listening to music; not good if you want to watch TV.
I'd buy it again knowing what I know now.
Not too many frills, but good audio & very straightforward

I bought this unit intially along with a cheap Jabra headset. It did not work, my understanding is that you have to have a Stereo Bluetooth Headphone for it to pair with the other unit. Once I bought a pair of Sony Bluetooth Headphones, it worked great until the Sony Headphones broke. The unit does not support the audio controls that the Sony Headphones had on them (skip forward/back, pause, etc.). But if all you want is high quality sound transmitted without wires, this is a good buy.

it is great, it pigy-backes with my cell phone. but some time it cuts out even if it close by.
Great product, but a bit vulnerable to interference.

This device is pretty simple, plug it in, hold the button to pair and thats pretty much it. It works fine with the Jabra BT620s Headphones and does its job well, but my only complaint is that it seems to suffer from some interference every now and then that some of my other Bluetooth devices don't.
Please note well that this is just a minor quibble, and the overall performance is superb. The device comes with a USB-A to USB-Mini-B cable (pretty standard) and will charge via any USB port. I get between 8-12 hours of use per charge.
Note: This will only work with headsets that support the A2DP profile. It does not have a regular Mono headset profile.
works well
