The history of medicated patches in Japan reaches back to the 18th century. Hisamitsu inherited this tradition and has worked on improving it since the company was founded in 1847. Salonpas was first introduced in 1934 and is now available in over 50 countries worldwide. Salonpas launched in the United States in 1987 and has been gaining popularity ever since. Indications: For temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, bruises, and sprains. Directions: Adults and Children 12 years of age and over: Clean and dry affected area Remove patch from film Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily for 7 days Remove patch from the skin after at most 8 hour's application. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor Avoid storing product in direct sunlight. Protect product from excessive moisture. Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Camphor (1.2%) (Topical Analgesic), Menthol (5.7%) (Topical Analgesic), Methyl Salicylate (6.3%) (Topical Analgesic) Inactive Ingredients: Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Hydrogenated Rosin Glycerol Ester, Maleated Rosin Glycerin Ester, Natural Rubber, Parfume, Polybutene, Polyisobutylene, Silicon Dioxide, Starch Grafted Acrylated, Titanium Dioxide, Tocopherol Acetate, Zinc Oxide Warnings: Do not use on wounds or damaged skin, if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates, with a heating pad, with or at the same times as other external analgesic products, or if you are allergic to any ingredients of this product. When using this product do not use otherwise than as directed, avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes or rashes. I cannot sing enough praise for Salon Pas..
I will not take any other pain relievers anymore but I do stuff that
regularly causes me pain so I am only too happy to plaster myself all
over with Salon Pas at night and wake up feeling fine.. and for next to no $$.... honestly. don't know where I'd be w/o them..

A Lifesaver For Me!

I suffer from terrible pain in my neck, shoulders and back. I had a failed back surgery, and have tried everything, including having my nerves burned! SalonPas are one of the best products I have used, and I've been going through this for a good ten years. They're inexpensive, which may turn some people away, but take it from someone who suffers greatly... these work better than many of the higher priced patches.

My husband has a bad back from an injury, nothing seems to help at all. We tried these salanpas about 1 year ago. I cannot find them anymore in the stores so I looked on line, We love them!,,They are great, my whole family uses them. We wont use anything else!..Thank you for such a great product!,,,,Sharon S.
