This is a versatile blend that is as good for espresso as it is standard brewing. This coffee has a full body and moderate acidity. It is a few shades lighter than our French Roast, and can be used to make a soft and mild espresso. As a standard brew, this coffee is ideal as a strong morning cup.

Beans roasted Medium?

I received dark oily beans not medium roast beans, so I returned them. A representative called me and refused to offer an alternative or replacement and would not reship another batch to me, by stating the order was medium roast suggesting that I did not know what I was ordering. Whatever their opinion is about the particular roast of the beans, the fact is the beans were dark oily and had a burnt flavor and were not acceptable.

I have purchased this a couple of times now and will continue to. It works great as espresso, French Press, or regular drip.
