the very first day i used this product i took the recommended dosage in the morning before my work out. later that afternoon i felt real good--an energy rush--and i started working on my kata moves--punchin and kickin and whatever--a real burst of energy and positive emotion. however, i did not sleep that night. i continued to take this stuff for about two weeks--but i felt real odd, and i did not sleep well at all--little to none. eventually i discontinued it--and my sleep slowly recovered. i would not recomend it.

Just call it Viagra!

No noticeble perfomance boost, only increases your sex drive, smells like a plant that some people in the middle east eat with diner, known to increase sex drive, no headaches, no nosea or anything like that. I tried it for four days,

I visited my doctor for a check up, he said testasterone boosters may cause prostate cancer.....

Not what it's cracked up to be.

Well I tried T-Bomb from MHP to see if it was better then Gaspari but I think I made a mistake with this one I don't really feel anything like I did with Gaspari. Sorry MHP but Gaspari's ahead with this supplement.

I have been using T-Bomb for many years. Lets face it, as I grow older I produce less testosterone (which is used for many purposes in the male body). While not cheap, it has proven to be a very good product.

I took about a full bottle (168 tablets) at about 3 tablets a day. I felt the testosterone rise while i worked out and randome times during the day. When driving I sometimes just got chills in my spine (yes it was due to this) and experienced no negative side effects.

The problem with this is that it ACTUALLY does do what it says and does it well. It enhances testosterone and blocks estrogen. At half a dose a day(it reccomends 6 a day) I was working out hard enough to cause small muscle spasms (usually due to membrane damage). Potentially this is the closest to a legal steroid you can get and can cause balding, thicker hair, deeper voice, acne, etc over prolonged use.

So theres my review, the best "legal steroid" there is but I have read several accounts of those with side effects. Women will almost definatly get facial hair

This stuff is truly worth the money. I've had a lot of muscle growth since I started using T-BombII. Whenever I run out and am in-between shipments I can definitely see, and feel the difference.

I would definitely recommend this to the amateur or the pro lifter.

My other recommendation is to periodically take at least 2-3 weeks off of this or any other supplement.
