I couldn't get a correct reading on this. Was always like 119 or lower. Since I have high blood pressure I knew this was not correct. I will try different models until I find one that works.

Got this as a gift for my husband who is involved in the EMS field. He has a hearing problem so this item works great for him and he found that it is right on with the standard style B/P cuff used by most. Also his readings are right on w/ most Dr's offices professional cuffs. So you can't beat this for the price.

I tried other types of blood pressure monitors...they were too cumbersome or too painful or too difficult to use for what I wanted...This is fast, accurate and since buying and monitoring my blood pressure daily ..my pressure has fallen both at home and matches that at dr.s' office...This is a fabulous product and a great value.

Hold Cuff at Heart Level

I bought this for my father and when we checked it against the doctor's office it read high. Then we read the instructions. You MUST hold the cuff at heart level when taking the readings. Any higher or lower will skew the results. We tested high, low, and heart level six times in a row, the heart level readings were nearly identical with the doctor's cuff. The only other drawback is if you use it for multiple readings on a daily scale for a long time then after a while the battery will begin to die and the readings will be off. Other than that it works fine.

Great product - I like it - it is comfortable and seems to be very accurate. I will be bringing it to my next appt. to check with doctor.

Small but perfect

Went to the Dr. today and had my pressure checked. I like my monitor. It's pretty accurate. This is my first day with it. Looking forward to tomorrow.

I'm very pleased with this product, there's not much difference between this gadget and a regular one, very comfortable and easy to use, just have to make sure that the batteries are good so you won't get a wrong reading.

This monitor turned out to be an excellent purchase so far. I checked its accuracy at the doctor's office and the reading was only 2 marks off from the doc's. She assured me that was perfectly acceptable. So I am now able to monitor my pressure very conveniently, and I like that it keeps a running history of my prior readings and produces an average as well. The price is awesome and it qualified for free shipping which was an even sweeter bonus!
