Item great but Target=0

I bought the Elmo chair for my grandson and I'm sure he will love it but Target shipped it in an old cardboard box and the chair wasn't even wrapped in plastic, bubblewrap, nothing! It had lint, dust all over it. I had to clean it off before I could give it to my Grandson. It also had no instructions!
Don't think I will by online from them as a seller again!

Great chair for an Elmo fan

It is sure easy to make Elmo giggle and wiggle, which makes my grandson giggle. He loves his new chair which he received for his 2nd birthday. He is a big Elmo fan. It is nice to have a fuzzy chair just his size.

Elmo makes it great

My daughter got this for her 1st birthday and she LOVES it! From the second she opened the wrapping she kept cuddling the soft fabric and kissing Elmo's nose. The giggling and shaking gets annoying for me (especially when I bump into it in the middle of the night) but my daughter seems to love it!

My only complaint is that when she climbs up to kiss Elmo the chair tips over! Very unstable and as another review said much lighter than expected.

If it wasn't Elmo I would return it.

Good purchase for the price

I bought this for my 1 year-old godson & shipped it directly to him, so I never actually saw the item. I did talk to his Mom who said he absolutely loves it. He continually makes it shake & loves to sit in it. She seemed very pleased with it.

Good for toddlers

Santa brought this for our 14 month old and it's perfect for him. After putting him in it several times for a couple days he learned it was his chair and now if he see's something on tv he likes he'll run over and sit in the chair. Unlike other childrens chairs I know he's perfectly safe getting in and out of this chair on his own...nothing to bump his head on, fall off of etc.

You may want to turn off the giggle and shake feature at first. It scared my 15 month old daughter, but after she got used to the chair, we turned it back on and now she taps the back of the chair herself to get it to giggle and shake. I would recommend placing the chair so that the back is against something firm if your child is unstable on their feet. If they try to support themself on it, it will probably tip over.

It giggles and shakes

It giggles. It shakes. And it looks just plain funny. Definitely for younger kids. I'd say up to age 3. It does have a switch so you can turn off the giggle and shaking part. And when your kids outgrow it, remove the outter cover and make a cool halloween costume out of the material.

Just for shakes and giggles.

I bought this for my grandson when he turned 3 years old, and he was so excited. And although it doesn't spin, it certainly does shake!
The plus side to this very cute and soft chair, is that younger children adore it and it's very durable; seeing as he has thrown it around and jumped all over it. The only issue I have is, that you can't turn it off. Elmo just giggles and shakes his little heart out with the LIGHTEST touch or nudge, which as we all know can become very annoying at times esspecially when, at the end of the day, the only one still giggling IS Elmo. Other then that I beleive it is a wonderful product and I would most definitely recommend it for 1-3 year olds looking for a good giggle!

I got this as a gift for my 1-year old granddaughter. My daughter says she loves it. She keeps coming back and sitting down in it to feel it giggle and shake.
Probably could have been packed a little better. It was just loose in the box, but it was OK.

I bought this chai for my niece and she loved it. She finds it very funny. At first (she is one year, four months old) she was a bit scared and suspicious of the chair but it took less than one day for her to get used to it. Now she loves to smack the chair and run laughing her tushie off.
