This headset works well as long as you're not too far from your phone (I use the Samsung Blackjack II)and it doesn't seem to perform well outside where wind and other noise can interfere. In my case, it seems you can't be as far away as the standard says you can be for good quality reception. Otherwise, the sound quality of a good connection is quite good and it's very comfortable to wear. After a while, you don't even notice it's there.

Only complaint about the product is that the ear canal insert is short and small so it dislodges easily with head movement. On the flip side, it's comfortable because it doesn't push at all on your ear canal. Also have to keep the phone very close (usually in hand or on waist) or get interference. But like the sleek design.

A good basic bluetooth headset

This headset works well with my Motorola KRZR cell phone. It's sound is loud and clear. It charges rather quickly. It is very basic for a beginner. It dosen't have very good battery life though.

Yes I get a bit of static now and again and yes....it does bug me....but I can hear on it just fine and even with the windows down...the person on the other end can hear me fine too. The voice dial works just fine....it helps if you have more than one sylable names! Or funky nicknames...I gave my sister the nickname Aloha Chica and it has no problem finding her and connecting our call. For what it is and the price it is I'd say you'd be getting a deal and compared to the price of other bluetooth headsets...really be happy with this one! I've experienced devices far more expensive that had the same static....just a bigger price tag...you don't always get what you paid for...sometimes you get less...so this again is a deal and don't be so concerned about a low price being low quality....bluetooth is not a science everything no matter the price tag attached has flaws....give bluetooth a couple more years...maybe less....and it'll be even better

Good Price - Bad to Hear

Good news = The Bluetooth works, had not problem synching to my blackberry.
Bad news = Horrible clarity, if there is any sort of road noise the person on the other end cannot hear you! (whats the point of hands free?!?!) You never know when the Bluetooth is low on battery, and you cant turn it off..if you turn it on it runs for a long time. Sometimes when you already have it on your year and you want to end a call it will not end the call. When you want to make a call it goes to "voice command" instead of just regular dial which can be annoying because your phone cant hear you on the Bluetooth. The sound gets very garbled if you are more than a foot away from your phone (again whats the point) I have heard bad things about all Bluetooth headsets so this is just like all the others, but its a good price so if you really NEED one get it anyway (rather pay less then more for a crapy product in general)

Works great but swivels right off your ear

The product works fine for hearing conversations, however, persons listening to my end of conversation complain of external noises coming through the phone call. I would need to spend more money for product that has noise abatement qualities in order to solve this problem.

Really bad static if more than two feet from the receiver 2008-07-19
I bought this Explorer 330, because I was so happy with the Plantronics Voyager 510. No two products could be more different in quality. True, this headset is much more sleek and modern-looking (the 510 does look a little like a hearing-aid), but it had a great range of at least 15 to 20 feet. This is not AT ALL the case with the 330. You will need to wear it on the same side of your body as your phone if you do not want to deal with unbearable voice distrotion and static. It defeats the purpose of a bluetooth headset. I will be returning mine and sticking with the 510.

Only flaw i can think of is the fact that i forget to turn it off most of the time. Therefore battery runs out after i wake up in the morning! Good headset though

I bought this blue tooth headset for use with the iPhone without knowing whether or not it would work...stupid, I know, but it DOES. Anyhow, this is the 2nd headset I've owned and this is much better than the last. It's lightweight, good looking, and best of all, it fits snugly without being obtrusive. I haven't had it long enough to really test how well it holds a charge, but so far it seems solid. I think it's a pretty good value.
