Great canned vegetable soup

This is my favorite Healthy Choice soup. Chock full of vegetables and very tasty. I'll add some green beans to "beef" it up when I serve it as a main course. Also a great, low cal snack on a cold day.

Great soup, seems to be hard to find over the Garden Vegetable.
I like the Country Vegetable better, because it has a more red intense flavored broth.
I put fresh ground pepper and a spoonful of Kraft grated Parmesan cheese into the soup BEFORE heating. Really makes it YUMMY!!

Full of nice vegetables but has a flavor I didn't care for and didn't recognize. That doesn't mean it isn't good. You may like.

My husband enjoys this soup; we mainly eat soups with no meat products. It's pretty thick and not a lot of calories.

i try to eat healthy overall but am also very convenience-driven. i'd rather give up a bit of taste for the former 2! this may be a bit bland for people who are used to eating more fat and/or sodium, but for me its perfect [suitable for vegetarians and vegans]
try adding a bit of vegetarian 'ground meat' [or i guess lean beef if you eat meat] for a seriously hearty but still supereasy meal - 2 min in the microwave and you're done
Half the cans arrived bent 2008-03-29
The soup was a good price compared to grocery stores but half the cans were seriously bent in the middle. It appeared that Amazon was shipping what the big buyers were rejecting. I bought 48 cans of soup shipped in three different shipments so there was no reason cans on the inside should be bent in the middle. I was very disappointed but had been warned by previous feedback. Won't buy again.
So good my kids will eat it and gluten free 2008-03-01
We love this soup. My kids love it so much and one of the few soups I can find without gluten or meat in it. We sometimes add sour cream or cheese to give it a little more kick or even some gluten free rice pasta...makes a great meal for the kids and my kids eat vege's they wouldn't normally eat if they weren't in the soup.
