Editorial Review
Pharos has once again created a world-class GPS navigation solution for Bluetooth-enabled Pocket PCs and other mobile devices. The Bluetooth GPS Navigator includes a GPS receiver with a Bluetooth transceiver for wireless communication with your mobile device without the messy cables. Simply place the GPS receiver on your dashboard and receive accurate GPS data on your Bluetooth-enabled device to help you navigate to your destination. The high capacity lithium polymer battery will power the Bluetooth receiver for up to 7 hours between charges. A blue LED indicator flashes when searching for a Bluetooth connection and glows solid when connection is established. Use any NMEA compatible software, or for the best navigation experience, use Pharos' Ostia navigation and routing software to navigate to your destination with detailed street level maps and turn-by-turn, voice prompted directions.

Works... but... 2008-03-18
Got this product as described, I got it to replace a GPS that I was using in Delorme's Street Atlas. Using Vista, I was able to find the device, but the mapping software had constant issues with connecting to it and using it. I did end up using GPS Gate, and this resolved the issues that I was having. I also got the CF adapter, which is great for using the GPS in several applications.

That being said, the device is nice. Once I got around the technological issues, I have been able to use this device without any issues. One odd thing, if you leave the device on and do not connect to use it, after a while the bluetooth goes into a stand by mode where you can not connect to it. You just need to turn it off and back on, and since it is a "warm" start, the GPS fix is almost instantaneous.

I have not really got a chance to try out the battery life yet.

Pharos PT120 Bluetooth GPS 2007-11-06
I am using this GPS with my HTC-Mogul, and Live Search from Microsoft works great, only sometimes I have difficulty connecting to it, but I think that is mostly the fault of the phone, the unit is small and fits easily in my pocket so I can travel with it. The battery life is great, over all I am very happy with it. I called Pharos for tech support when I first got it due to the connection problem and they were great they helped me out and it has worked fine.

Good Addition to PBA 2007-06-16
I purchase this PBA for a trip to Europe. The product performed well. The interface is slightly difficult to learn and finding some locations in Europe is slightly difficult. Overall I can recommend this product.
