love this bag!!!

I really glad I found this bag, small & compact and love the color (match with my new stroller)
great compact stroller bag
2008-07-14
I bought two of these bags to use for my 7 month old and 2 year old boys. They fit perfectly on the Phil and Teds sport double stroller , the back of the basket on the maclaren twin techno stroller and on the back seats of the Step2 toddler t3 transport wagon. They are made with very durable fabric and sturdy zippers. The outer clasps hold it shut nicely and keep it compact. I can keep a few diapers, some snacks, a sippy cup or bottle in the outer mesh cup holder , a few toys for the baby, spoons, a bib, hand wipes and even an extra shirt in the bag. There is not enough room for a changing pad or wipes but I have a travel changing pad with room enough for wipes that hooks onto any stroller also.
Love my skip hop

I love my skip hop saddle bag - it attaches to anything with ease, and holds a ton of stuff - I have been using it as my purse/diaper bag with no problems fitting anything. I took a strap from another bag and attached it - it would be 5 stars if it came with its own strap.
Just what I was looking for

This small bag is just what I was looking for. Although it is supposed to go on the side of a lightweight stroller, it doesn't work that way on mine (Chicco) but it works perfectly on the back. It's got enough room for a few diapers, wipes and a changing pad, as well as some snacks for my toddler. It keeps the small basket free for other things. I wouldn't have paid retail for it, but I got it on sale for $13 and it was definitely worth it.
Adorable...

I just received my two Skip Hop saddle bags in red and they are really cute. My 20 month old twins immediately started carrying them around and putting in books and toys. We quickly realized that they easily fit to the handles of their doll strollers, imagine how cute that is! They look just like Mommy with their little "matching" diaper bags. Of course, I intend to use them on the real stroller in the future. They do appear to be well made and functional, like the rest of the Skip Hop line. My one complaint is that if the cup holders were a little more roomy they would accomodate our bulky water bottles. Still, a great bag!
Love it and own a few

Perfect Bag For A Day Of Shopping With Your Toddler!

I LOVE this bag so much, I have two: the Uptown Stripe and the Pink Camo bags. Both prints are great looking and very durable - I've dished out tons of abuse! They are really easy to clean too. Just wipe with a damp cloth or use a Tide pen for any stubborn stains.
This has been my bag of choice since Serenity has been 14 months old when I realized I DIDN'T need a large diaper bag for a day of shopping and visiting. ONLY when I'm gone ALL DAY - from early morning to late evening, do I pack my larger Skip Hop Duo bag. Besides, I LOVE how this bag attaches to the shopping buggy and my stroller. Makes everything right there within reach! And you wouldn't believe how much this small bag can hold. It just takes a little re-arranging and buying smaller items.
In the pocket on the front flap I have:
A Tide pen, Kids Afterbite, Neosporin Neo To Go Spray, Water Babies sunblock 30 SPF stick, Splenda minis, Burt's Bees lip balm, two Off! towelettes, three Neat Solutions disposable table toppers, four Crystal Light On The Go packs, & two Kool-Aid singles.
Attached to the Velcro straps in the back I have a rolled chalk mat I made so Serenity can doodle while she's in the shopping buggy or her stroller. A chalk mat is very easy to sew, or you can buy one here at Amazon or at Ebay.
In the mesh pocket on the side I put a sippy (or straw) cup, of course!
In one of the interior pockets I have:
A Germ-X Handi-Pen, three size 4 Huggies diapers, a quart sized zip lock bag of baby wipes, a sample size bottle of baby powder, and a few coupons.
In the second interior pocket I have:
A sample size bottle of Johnson's Melt Away Stress lotion, small pack of Kleenex, a full Crayola snack packer (cookies, Goldfish, etc.), a Crayola Color Wonder mini tablet and two color wonder markers (or sometimes the soft sticks), a small bottle of Advil, a Kipiis bib clip, a pacifier, sunglasses, cell phone, keys and my wallet.
Serenity likes to carry a purse now, so any other little toys she might want to play with I put in there.
After all that, I STILL have little room in my bag; just in case I need to add a few more small items!
skip hop saddle bag

This bag is terrific. It's very roomy and fits diapers/wipes/potty seat covers/placemats/hadwipes and more! I bought it for vacation and it held everything I needed and left my hands free! But when I wanted to take everything with me say into a restaurant, it pulls right off and has a handle for carrying. I am very happy with this purchase.
Small but helpful little bag

After reading the previous review and trying the Phil & Ted's saddle bags, I like Skip Hop's better. First, the material is much sturdier and well sewn. I like the D-ring on the velcro straps to allow you to tighten it better, and the straps are sturdy & give lots of options. I also prefer the 2 separate interior pockets to provide some organization. The small size does not make it that helpful when shopping, but great for mini-diaper bag/snacks/toys. But because it isn't that large, they don't add as much width to the overall stroller. The salesperson even suggested I could hang one each on the handlebar (and because it's not that long, it won't hit the 2nd child's head when sitting in the back) and another on the back of the 2nd seat! I wish the mesh bag was deeper to secure a small water bottle for me, but it's better sized for a sippy cup. I am able to keep the bag on while the buggy is collapsed partially and stored upright. But to fully collapse it, I think all saddle bags would have to be removed or at least, emptied. Overall, quite satisfied at $25/each and I've already received compliments from friends!
Happy with these little bags

I bought two of these to use on the sides of my Phil and Ted's Sport double stroller. I use one for each of the kids and have room to store a small changing pad wipes, diapers, changes of clothes, and my wallet, keys and phone can go in the outside zip pockets. The mesh pockets on the side are good for sippy cups. They aren't large bags, but they function very well. I think one will be great attached to our Mac Volo for traveling too - it might even make the Volo less tippy. I look forward to trying it.
