The Zune Travel Pack includes everything you need to travel in style with your Zune. Included are a pair of Zune Premium Earphones, which feature an in-ear design to help block-out unwanted background noise. Sure, the Zune comes with a pair of really nice ear-bud style headphones, but with a second pair, a friend or family member can listen along with you. To ensure that your listening buddy can share in the fun, a dual headphone jack is included with the travel pack. Simply plug in the dual head phone jack, and then plug in two pairs of Zune headphones and you're ready to rock and roll with a buddy.
Built into the dual headphone jack is a dual connect remote feature. The dual connect remote offers convenient playlist control with independent amplifiers and volume controls so you can listen to music the way you want to. Other travel pack accessories include a Zune AC Adapter, a Zune Gear Bag, and a Zune Sync Cable. The AC adapter is a great way to charge your device in the absence of a computer. A Zune sync cable is included so you can connect your Zune to the AC adapter on the road. Even though every Zune comes with a sync cable, the inclusion of an additional sync cable with the travel kit allows you the convenience of leaving a sync cable next to your home PC or office computer. When the situation forces you to put down the headphones, the Zune gear bag provides a rugged, durable exterior to protect your Zune and its related accessories. The inside of the gear bag is form-fitted to protect your Zune as well as other travel accessories. There is space for a Zune, premium headphones, an AC adapter, and a sync cable.

Disappointed

This product had a lot of items, but they were not what I expected. The price is not too high for the accessorries included.
Zune travel pack

Great package of some very necessary accessories. If you don't have access to a USB port, then you will need the wall charger included in this pack. Very nice case to protect your Zune. The splitter allows 2 people to listen to one Zune. This kit has an extra set of ear buds, to enable that use. All in all, this kit is great value. You get all the extras for about the cost of the wall charger alone.
Great Deal

I bout this pack because i needed a new sync cable, head phones and an ac charger. I also wanted to official zune equipment. If i was to buy these items separate i would have cost me 60 to 80 $$. But this was only 30 so it was a great deal for me plus i got a neat case and a remote.
No 80 GB Zune Compatibility

I bought this at Radio Shack on Sale. Amazingly I tried it out in the store. Didn't work. They opened a second one. Didn't work.
No 80 GB Compatibility. Not mentioned on packaging. How difficult would it be to mark existing stock with a 1 cent sticker that says 'works with 30GB Zune only'.
In This Case...

I really like this travel kit for the most part. I am currently in Iraq and this does a great job of keeping everything safe and in one place. It's a well designed and built set-up. The power adapter is good because you can just plug the sync cable in to it instead of having more cables to worry about. The only reason I won't rate this a 5 is because of the horrible ear buds. The holder for them is nice and all but the earbuds themselves won't stay in my ears and didn't seem to put out that well.
Good value for the money

Parts of it are good

WE got the pack for my son primarily for the a/c adapter but was looking forward to using the dual headphone jack. We can get it to work, but the rest is okay.
Fancy, but not fancy enough

It would've been nice if Microsoft had told me that the "premium headphones" are only half the quality of the headphones of the exact same title that come with the Zune. The cord is rubber, and feels cheap by comparison to the headphones that come with the Zune, and the sound isn't nearly as good in my opinion. The packaging of the headphones was neat, but frustrating to duplicate once you've unraveled them for the first time. Putting your headphones away in this tiny plastic case every time you put your Zune away is just not practical at all.
The carrying case is very nice, but the fact is I already had a sync cable, a (much smaller) AC charger, and a sync cable. I didn't need those again. I really was just hoping the carrying case and the extra headphones would make it worth it. While the carrying case sure is durable a great fit for my 2nd gen 80gb Zune (even with a silicon skin on it the device), it's just not worth the price.
If you're looking for a good carrying case, I recommend settling for something cheaper. If you're in it for the extra headphones - just don't.
Good witha few flaws

I got this a few months ago and finally decided to review it.
The Good:
-the case is sturdy, holds a lot of accessories, protects the zune well, and seems to be of high quality
-the AC adapter charges the zune, it does what its supposed to, theres nothing to really brag about it
-It comes with a sync cable, I am now up to having 4 of them for 1 zune. I keep one at my computer, 1 at my moms computer, 1 plugged into the AC adapter near my bed, and 1 is for when I hook it to my friends XBOX 360
-The little remote that connects to it is very handy. It plugs into the bottom and has controls on it to change the volume, skip tracks, play/pause, and the headphones connect directly to it. I use this when mowing the lawn, I don't want to take my zune out of my pocket when mowing the lawn, so I run the cord out of my pocket and clip it to my shirt. It makes it very convenient.
-The Premium headphone sound pretty good and block out sound very well. I can listen to music while mowing the lawn and keep my volume pretty low.
The Bad:
-There was a shipping error with USPS and it ended up showing up a week late. I wanted this so that I could charge my Zune when I went on a cruise, I had no way to charge my zune on the trip. Oh well
-The premium headphones had the right ear-bud die within a few minutes. I called Microsoft and they sent me new ones, except they sent the wrong ones. They sent the ones that come with the Zune. I ended up fixing the headphones though by pushing the wire in further and then using electrical tape to hold it in place. Works great now!
-the case is a little bulky to carry around, I only use this case when going on trips. I can fit everything in it and then throw it in a back pack.
Its a great product overall though, I recommend it to everyone along with the Zune Home AV Pack. They are the two must haves for every Zune owner.
It's ok...

The charger is great and really comes in handy. However, the headphones don't really fit in my ear. he spot in the case is also too big for my 8 GB Zune.
