Well all it is is the charger. The pictures on the internet don't show the shine that the product actually has. I recommend buying it from an online merchant, as you will get a better price. The charger does not come with a cable, the ipod charger doesn't either. The advantage is the ZUne charger as you will be able to find a better price. All USB cables will work for other mp3 players.

What can you say...you plug it into the wall and it charges your Zune. I used it on the 30GB 1st Gen Zune without any issues. The only bad thing is that it doesn't come with a cable, but I actually have no problem with this. I already have a box full of extra cables.
