Work great when new but judging from 4 I bought several months ago, they will loose all brightness in 6-9 months from being on just 20 minutes a day !!!!!!!!!

I don't need to turn on my kitchen lights for a midnight snack anymore

The two leds per nightlight carry quite a wallop. You can't use these in the bedroom because they are too bright. I use them in my kitchen and I don't have to turn on the lights for my midnight ramble to the fridge. Stopped my housemate from leaving the kitchen lights on all night so he wouldn't stub his little tootsies.

Got a pack of two but one is faulty. Not really worth returning.

The one that does work gives quite a bright light. So bright that it's probably too bright for a night light - the White Lense is more appropriate for a night light.

Never replace a bulb again. But get frosted cover instead.

This is the only two-LED light I can find. It's a little larger in size than it has to be, but it puts off more light than the single LED version. Uses a maximum of 1 watt of electricity. Get the frosted cover instead of this clear one. The frosted looks nicer -- more like a real nightlight. Hi/Lo switch slightly controls light output. LED's are slightly blue in color.

Bright night

I used to stumble through rooms at night rather than turn on bright lights. This compact fixture does a beautiful job illuminating corridors or rooms with white LED light. It's bright enough to cast a shadow but not too bright for dark-adjusted eyes. There's not much difference between the "high" and "low" settings, and both LED's are illuminated on "low". They have a polarized plug and only fit one way in the socket, aiming the light upward and outward. They don't feel warm to the touch even when they've been on for hours. The low power consumption is a plus too.
