Fast! 2008-03-28
Great printer, fast, low maint, large paper tray, rarely jams. Only drawback is there's no LCD screen so when there is a problem you have to translate blinking light messages to figure out what's wrong.

Serviceable Printer 2008-03-26
I have used a variety of printers, including Lexmark, Kodak, and Brother. The quality is reliable, the printing crisp and fast. Although I had a problem that I don't know how I resolved. The computer would not recognize the printer and I would have to reload the software. I would purchase the extended the cartridge rather than the average cartridge-better value.

Fast Printer but special instructions for Vista users 2008-02-28
The instructions provided by Tangible on September 16, 2007 was very accurate. The driver CD does not work with Vista. To clarify which HP driver to download from HP is "HP LaserJet P2015 PCL5 Plug and Play Print Driver Package". This will download a compressed file that you will need to unzip before you manually add the printer.

Once the tricky install was completed the test page printed within seconds. Very fast print. Overall very satisfied.

Easy Set Up and Quick Printing! 2008-01-14
To date I'm happy I selected this printer! Set up went very well. We are very satisified with how fast it prints. A very good printer for the money!

Solid Workhorse 2008-01-02
We use this printer in a small/medium sized business. It is very reliable and networks well using a shared connection. We have very little maintenance on it other then changing out the toner cartridge every now and then. Very nice crisp black print and we have never had a jam to my knowledge.

Only problem ever reported was when the person's PC that this printer was hooked to got turned off and no one could print. Turned on the PC and everyone was back up and printing.

If you want an UNRELIABLE, TIME DRAIN, look no further - 2008-07-14
During the first year, I have spent alot of time on the phone with HP support. This printer is really unreliable, even when it was new - sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't... Breaks down more often after the 1 year warranty period but it costs $50 to even talk to tech support.

Total waste of time and money - will never, ever buy an HP product again. If anybody has a good recommendation for a home-business printer, please let me know!

Beware! It breaks down suddenly. What happened to HP? 2008-06-14
I've had perhaps five HP printers, deskjets over the years. I moved up from a 1300 for the duplex option and quicker printing. It worked fine for a year. Then it stopped. The jam light and other lights blink or stay on constantly even where no paper is jammed, new toner is installed, etc. To my shock, searching the net, I found that this is common. It turns out that the "format board" breaks down and must be replaced. I've taken mine to a downtown repairshop for an estimate and may or may not have it fixed, depending on the price. I'm so disappointed with HP. Sadly, I don't like the other printers, in part, perhaps pitifully because of visuals. The Brothers, Lexmarxs, etc. are rather ugly. Thus, I may ultimately move up to the next level of HP printer. Supposedly the 2015 is cheaply made and the 3005 (I think that's the title) is better. Very disappointed.

Great Work Computer 2008-05-21
I purchased this printer for my restaurant and it is GREAT. The print quality is excellent and the print speed is amazing! I highly recommend it for any small business!!

Printer, one each 2008-04-23
I bought this because it's the same model I have on my desk at work. It prints fast, no muss, no fuss. I have Mac at home and in the office. Up and running in a minute. Forget ink jets, pay a bit more, and get an actual printer that works.

Good reliable printer; Good price 2008-04-20
I already have 8 of these printers in my office and just purchased another one for a new employee. We have had them for a year and are very pleased. No breakdowns, great clear print, fast and easy to use. I bought a printer from Dell at the beginning and sent it back because the single paper/envelope feed was a joke - impossible to use. This printer works great whether you are using the general paper trays or the single paper feed. My highest recommendations.
