Their Customer Service is horrible

I wanted to find out whether this cable supports HDMI 1.3 - a very simple question, just yes or no. I called 4 times just to find that everybody in customer service is in training and nobody can answer my question. Great way to run a company! I am returning my $130 cable.

Extraordinarily expensive when compared to generic "store brand" HDMI cables that may sell for a buck at 95% off or something. But in my case -getting this Monster cable it was very well worth it.
After purchasing a top-of-the-line Samsung LCD HDTV, and a Denon Blu-Ray player, I originally connected the two together with a cheaply-bought HDMI cable. Very bad idea. While attempting to watch Blu-ray or DVD movies, the picture would occasionally snap, click, make funky digital-checker-board patterns, blank out briefly to white, or randomly lose the HDMI signal completely and tell me so on-screen.
Upon further investigation, there seemed to be a fairly loose connector on the cheap HDMI cable where it plugged into the TV or Player - would easily pull out with very little pressure. Unplugging and re-plugging, and switching ends, and wriggling the ends seemed to help for a while, but inevitably the "loss of signal" events continued. Apparently HDMI cable connectors and jacks are not inherently particularly snug-fitting or robust, as compared to the older RCA Video Composite or Component jacks, or even the previous S-video cables.
Anyway after not a few panic and anxiety attacks, and worries about much wasted money and time, and possibly having to return the HDTV and/or Blu-Ray Player (where is that receipt and warranty card!! was the online store a "factory authorized" seller??), I finally decided to try a better HDMI cable as the lower-cost solution.
The Monster Cable M1000 HDMI Cable came promptly to the rescue. There was a very satisfying, snug, firmly robust fit into the HDTV and Blu-Ray player jacks. Resulted in a perfect picture and sound quality, with absolutely no disturbances, droputs, flashes, snaps, blanks, or "No Signal" messages. The difference in cable quality was amazing. This Monster cable is the best investment you can make in maximizing the performance and reliability of your new HDTV and Blu-Ray player. If you get an expensive HDTV and Player, don't skimp on the crucial HDMI Cable! The cheap ones are NOT RELIABLE, and if you get one of the defective ones like I did, you will not be happy.
I had never before been a fan of anything from Monster Cable, due to the absurd pricing. Now - I would buy nothing but Monster Cables.

I bought this Cable for my XBOX360 I was using the regular Monster Gamer RCA cables so I decided to give those u o an get this and I saw the difference right away you can never go wrong with Monster Cables they are the best.

I have been using the HDMI400 cable for the last 2 years and since switching to the MD1000HD model recently, the difference is certainly noticeable.
The colors are more saturated and brighter scene for scene, color for color and images are sharper.
This is a great cable.

I just received my M1000HD 4',and I connected it to my Xbox 360,replaced it with my xbox 360 hdmi cable that came with my elite 360,just to try it because I am going to use it for my PS3,and I compared the 2 cables,and I have to tell you this cable made a Huge difference,I might have to buy another one of these cables,the Picture quality is sooo much better I am now a huge monster fan because their cables really make a difference in quality,I thought that the one that comes with the 360 was the best for the xbox 360 because it comes with it,but I was completely wrong!!!.I thought the price was high,but now I realize why it was so high,because it is just so GREAT!!!!!,I Recommend this cable to everyone who owns an HDTV with hdmi slots,
