seems fine to me

You always have to be suspicious about fake customer reviews from those associated with a competing product, so for whatever little this is worth, ZA 7.0.470 seems to work just fine on my computer. It doesn't seem to be causing any noticeable problems and I haven't had any serious intrusions while using it. I don't fully trust ANY one product to fully do the job, so I also use additional anti-spyware and anti-virus software. The other anti-virus didnt find anything. The other anti-spyware product found some minor stuff and one keylogger that ZA didn't tell me about. As I said, it's best to have more than one to increase your chances of being properly covered, and ZA is getting along with my other products. Not going to mention what those are because I don't want anyone thinking I am putting in a plug for someone else. I've been fair and honest. What and who you want to believe is up to you.
So sad ZoneAlarm used to be a very good software

I lost trust if a company failed me twice.
As many users found out update version 7.0.047 is a piece of junk, I must roll back to version 7.0.462 to make the software work again.
This is the second time ZoneAlarm did to their customers or at least, me.
My side job needs me to try out many different (security) software and recommend to my clients, so sorry ZoneAlarm is currently out of my list.
Also, I need to call and follow up the rebate or they just think it's their money.
Although Norton is a bit bulky, their software is as good as ZoneAlarm and rebate check arrived within a month and worry free (big improvement compare with past history).
