Terrific replacement for the Sony NP-F970

I have a Sony DCR-VX2100 that came with the stock battery which was only giving about 45 minutes of recording time. Even worse, the stock battery's life decreased when I was filming outside in the cold which was my primary use for it.

When I looked at buying a higher capacity battery I was planning on buying a Sony brand name battery but figured that I'd give this generic battery a chance. It performed far above my expectations and lasts many times longer than the stock battery. While I can't directly compare it to the NP-F970, I can say that you will definitely not regret having one of these in your camera bag. You cannot beat the lifespan of this battery for its stellar cost.
