Works great!

first off I'd like to say that I have lots of experience with exercise and bodybuilding. I enjoy using this product because it's so easy to use and it works so well. You can really feel the burn when you twist your way back up to the top. This product works as well as some weight lifting machines without taking up to much room.

Killler Product, and the Simplicity helps to Motivate

Got these for Christmas 2007 and just started using them 2 weeks ago. The biggest benefit for me is that it makes the basic push-up that much less tedious, as you're not lying on the dirty floor, cranking your wrists as they are not meant to be twisted. I keep them behind me as I'm working all day, and every hour or so, when I catch sight of them, I do a quick set of pushups. So, I think they actually help motivate, and remind me, that it's time to squeeze in a quick bout of exercise.
Build quality is excellent, and believe it or not, they do make a push-up much more pleasurable; if that's possible.

No joke

These are no joke...I know the info-mercial makes them seem absolutely stupid and silly, but the first day I tried these, I realized that if you do them right you really get a great workout. Yes, it is pretty lame that you have to buy the workout cards separately, but it comes with a large poster going over proper technique for each method (wide, narrow, regular) and it gives you a workout chart day-by-day. The rotating handles definitely makes you use more muscle groups than you would doing regular floor pushups.

I thought this was going to be another hoaky fitness product, but I am very impressed. Although the perfect pushup looks easy, you are in for a surprise. It is much harder that it looks and gives you a much better workout than regular pushups. After doing these your pecks will feel just like you did a 3 sets of bench. I also love the workout chart that comes with it. This is an awesome product!

Best Product for Pushups

I have been using these Perfect Pushups for about 3 months now (included in my normal chest exercise routine), and I have seen very impressive results. This product is very durable, smooth, and cool to show off to people. I do a routine 2 to 3 times a week with these and they kill me every time. They say that you can do 1/3 of the pushups you normally do when you use these, and I think that's about accurate. Doing 25 is an impressive feat. I think this product is great for anyone who wants to have sweet pecs.

I highly recommend.

Perfect Pushups

This is an absolutely amazing product! I am in my late fifties and have been working on those flabby upper arms that many of us middle aged women wind up with. The "Perfect Pushups" are giving me better results than anything I have tried.

The perfect push-up is a great way to sculp your upper body. I've had it for over 2 weeks now and I can definetly see results already. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was delivered as promised.

Great Product - not magical...but great product

This product is basically exactly what I hoped...well almost. It didn't magically make me want to work out instead of sit and watch tv while getting fat - but when I do use it...it's great!
I have been unable to do pushups for a while due to the wrist strain. This not only solves that, but definitely makes for a more complete workout throughout shoulders and arms with the twisting motion. I also have problems with loose shoulder tendons, and the pain the regular pushups were causing in my shoulders is very much alleviated by the twist.
The construction feels heavy and durable, which is important as I tend to destroy poorly made things (at 200+ lbs).
